My RoboFrom Toolbar seems to be permantly hidden (toggle does not work)

Firefox shows an icon labeled "RoboForm Toolbar", but the pop-up that is displayed when hovering over the icon with the mouse (which reads "Show/Hide RoboForm Toolbar") does not work. Clicking this icon merely brings up a new window for the RoboForm web site.

I cannot tolerate not having my RoboForm toolbar and the many sites that it stores for me. I need to go back to the older version of Firefox if this persists.
