cant install Firefox on my HP netbook with windows 7 (32bit) / Internet Explorer says File Corrupted & am using mible broadband stick.

Cant install Firefox on my new HP Mini 210 Netbook (Windows7 32 bit,Internet Explorer, Norton security). Am in Bali, Indonesia using a mobile broadband usb stick to connect to internet. Does that make me a mobile device? If so can I install by going to a wifi hotspot? First microsoft tells me "publisher unrecognised" then when I get past that it starts running installation but stops after 5 mins appx saying"File is Corrupted". Have tried many times to install.
