Clearing Cookies and Site Data on v110.0 64-bit for desktop Windows 10 22H2

On the Privacy and Security section in Settings (Cookies and Site Data/Clear Data), I used to be able to Clear Cached Web Content but leave Cookies and Site Data unchecked to keep my cookies. Now, with v110.00 (64-bit), when I uncheck Cookies and Site Data, and choose only to clear Cached Web Content, all of my cookies get deleted anyway. Why is this happening?

Windows 10 Home, 22H2 Firefox 110.0 64-bit "Delete Cookies and Site Data when Firefox is closed" is unchecked. I made no changes to settings when I updated to v110.0 It was fine before the update to v110.0
