I am no longer able to pay accounts using Firefox, such as my supermarket and Govt motor vehicle registration, so I have to do that bit through another browser. It used to be okay, until recently. Supermarket is through direct debit, and car reg is by credit card. I can do the order without any problems, until the actual payment is tried, at which time I have to go to another browser and copy the URL at that stage, and pay it. What may be causing that? I'm running Firefox on Win10 with no options to upgrade to 11. Since the latest firefox update installed, I'm getting a screen that says "Oops, something's wrong," and then I'm kicked out of gmail. A screen asks about sending a report to Firefox, which I check OK for. Today this is happening about every minute to 30 seconds . What needs to happen?

Hello Mozilla Support, I am trying to use a website, but it shows the message "You are using an incompatible web browser." I am using the latest version of Firefox on my Android phone, but the website still does not work. I have already refreshed the page and restarted the browser. Please help me fix this problem. I have had problems logging into my PayPal account have changed my password several times but the change has not been saved. also I have tried to purchase items on the internet and paypal would not connect in firefox but would connect on another server why ?

I have had access to TastyTrade thru FireFox for years. Within the last two days I am unable to log on. When I click on the link the screen goes all white and the page will not open. When using Edge I am able to get logged in but not thru FireFox which is my preferred browser.

235 Hello, my bank updated its online banking service, and since then, I haven't been able to log in. It works with Edge or Chrome but not Firefox. I never keep my browsing history and have cleared the cache, so why can't I log in?

Since the last two updates, Not including the current update as I have not downloaded it because I am sick of them, I cannot see any images on Sky news articles. There is just a white box where the images should be.

Also the back/forward buttons are useless. I do a search on Bing and click through the pages then when I , say get to page six and retype for another article the previous search doesn't exist when I use the back button. I have to remember and retype the name of the article I am looking for.

Spellchecker does not function, and in my most important projects, Gemini and Substack, no spell checking takes place, I have to switch to Chrome of all things...here in this field spell-checking is taking place...why?

I have spent much time researching this issue, made all the intervention recommended, nothing works, and the failure is 'selective', works on many things, fails on important production browser interfacing.

I value being Chrome-free, please help me solve this issue

I am having the problem a fix was created for previously where attempts to sign in to my google account continually redirect to a request to clear cache and cookies. Have done so multiple times, still can't log in. Can log in on Chrome so definitely a Firefox-specific issue.

We have resolved an issue with Google prompting users to ‘clear cookies and site data’ when logging in. A fix has been published, via Firefox remote settings that does not require a Firefox upgrade. Users will receive the update over the next 6hrs, if you would like to update immediately simply restart Firefox.

Note: The issue was related to CHIPS being enabled in Fx131, this feature has been temporarily disabled while we resolve the issues. Users who have disabled 'Allow Firefox to install and run studies' in Privacy & Security settings will need to enable to receive the update.

I am trying to edit my payment method with Directv.com. I log in with no issues. However, every time I try to access "edit payment" their website automatically logs me out. After a discussion with them, they blame Firefox for the problem and want me to use a different browser. Is it Firefox or is it their website?

I have attached a screen shot so you can see where if I click I get logged out.

How do I resolve scrolling issues (unable to scroll) on many websites. AI recommendations of clearing browsing history and cache have not been effective. Scrolling is possible using Google Chrome.

Windows 11. I am the web manager for tunbridge wells u3a. The site is hosted by the national u3a and uses their templates etc. On edge and chrome, it works fine, but not on Firefox. Several months ago, the page operations (save, open, change, etc took a few minutes to complete, with the message bottom left about waiting for the host site. All of the usual cache clearing, reboots etc made no difference.

In my nightly broswer Codeberg opens once when I click to go to a repository the tab keeps loading and does not stop and can't accesss anything then. In Firefox I don't have that problem at all only in Nightly then in Nightly my Facebook emoji's does not show but again in Firefox it does.

Firefox version 152.0 : Firefox is continuously refreshing the page on a particular Website, in both Windows11 and Linux versions, making the site unusable ( unable to click anything ). The website loaded ok previously using Firefox and still loads ok using Chrome. Disabling extensions doesn't help, neither does deleting the cache and cookies. What changed and why? Is there anything else to try?

I'm having trouble using the Instagram website in Firefox on my Samsung Galaxy A15 (Android). I can log in successfully, but the website does not work properly after logging in. Some buttons don't respond, pages don't load correctly, and I can't use Instagram normally. I have already tried restarting the browser, clearing the cache, and updating Firefox, but the issue still persists. Please help me resolve this problem.
