I think Mozilla recently did an upgrade and now I cannot receive any emails in Thunderbird.

I have always had the Mozilla products. I don't know what to do and have nobody to help me. I hear my mail loading but can't read it. Please help. Thank you i don't know what version Thunderbird it is, It won't let me in to the mail I can only read it on a web mail at the server.

I have just sent an email and received an automatic answer from the recipient but this message doesn't appear in the sent folder although the next sent one does. The ghost message doesn't appear on my account on the server either. This is an IMAP account on Thunderbird 153.3.1esr (64 bits) on Windows 11.
