I just activated the built-in VPN for the Firefox browser on Android. How do I change the location? ie. I'm in Australia but want the internet to think I'm in the UK...

Hi, in the vpn buil't in, it's not possible to change location (on Firefox android) however in the help that's indicated it should be, did I miss something ? thank you

Firefox for Android asks for some permissions that seems unnecessary. Why "request delete packages"? Firefox doesn't need to delete other apps, does it? While we are at it, out of curiosity, why "run foreground service with the type "specialUse""? I think Firefox developers should always minimize the use of permissions, since Firefox is focused on privacy and security.

Error "No video with supported format and MIME type found" when trying to play video in many third-party players in FireFox Nightly. There is no such error in Firefox/Beta; everything works normally. What should I do? I don't want to switch to Firefox; it doesn't have about:config. And in Firefox Beta, there are no options "Enable Isolated Processes with Zygote Preloading (requires restart)" and "Enable Isolated Content Process (requires restart)", which prevent tabs from being loaded in the background. Nightly updates don't help.

Firefox keep self logging me out from the synchronization. This requires urgent fixing.

Expected result after fixing

Firefox should never (unconditionally) self logout the user from any devices and services (with includes synchronization

Proposed enchancement

Firefox should allow to be simously logged into services (like sync) from multiple authorized devices in same time, instead beeing selective

Can't get firefox mobile to snyc with firefox for windows. Hit sync on both devices multiple times. Also signed out abd back in on both devices to force a resync also syncable items on Android are greyed out please help.

Basically every time i play a livestream on YouTube, it lags a lot/constantly buffers and when i play it, when i press the live button to go to the livesteam's current time i guess. It just goes back to the previous time in the stream and idk how to fix it. Basically i disabled ublock origin & it still has issues on mobile =( also it sometimes happens on PC but mostly with ublock on. Unfortunately i can't screen record on mobile

Every time I search for something my letters are duplicating weirdly, like "test" becomes "testes"?? Ive updated the app, cleared cache, switched keyboards, no fix. It only happens with the first word or two of the sentence, and it's getting really annoying especially when I need to make a quick search. More examples are " what" becoming "whatat" or "how to" becoming "how toto"

Android 16. All Firefox versions above 151.0.4 have the same issue where an audio stream is being cut for no reason after a few seconds once the screen is turned off. The expected behavior is to play normally in background.

I was signing up with you for Firefox for android smart phone. I created a password. I did my display name. I have a primary email. I was sent a code & retrieved it but I lost the page to fill it in. The 5 min time has expired. I need a new code resent & the page restored to fill the code in & proceed.
