Hello!

I recently got a new computer with Windows 11 freshly installed. I downloaded Firefox, went to take a screenshot, and the usual shortcut of Ctrl + Shift + S does not work. I can right click and Take a Screenshot, and I can use other Ctrl + Shift shortcuts, like Ctrl + Shift + T to reopen closed tabs. The only one that doesn't work is screenshots. I can also put Screenshots in my top row Toolbar and use it, just not the keyboard shortcut.

I refreshed Firefox, uninstalled and reinstalled Firefox, as well as checked the about:config extensions.screenshots.disabled preference. It has been set to false, so I have set it to true and false again hoping it would "reset" it but nothing. Thank you!

I have always had this option with Chrome and other browsers. But I can't find this feature in the latest version of FF.

I want to disable images on specific websites, not all websites. I examined my address bar and there's no option there at all when I'm the specific site I want to block images and/or media.

I have been using (VIEWING articles in // saving articles TO my) FIREFOX "POCKET" for more than a year.

I have the pocket ICON on my upper toolbar. But ALL that seems to do is allow me to ADD an open page TO Pocket. I have NO clue how to simply **Go t o POCKET** and VIEW any / all my saved items there.

Good God, WHAT is the secret handshake??! ...in trying to figure this out I see numerous things telling me to SIGN IN to pocket ... IF way back when I began using pocket I MADE a USER NAME / Password for it, that info is long forgotten. I HAVE a FIREFOX account ... was sent therewhile supposedly (according to Firefox" HELP") to 'sign in' to my POCKET account. Only took me to an overall FIREFOX account page - wherein NO LONK there referred AT ALL to POCKET.

I 'SAVE' to my pocket (ICON) almost daily. NEVER need any kind of sign in for this. NOW I want to LOOK AT / READ some of these - BUT FIND NOWAY TO GET THERE. ICON omly SAVES a page.

Ridiculous. HOW do I VIEW / SEE / FIND /READ my saved pocket items?

Hi, I have been searching a way to change the Firefox new tab background image keeping its vanilla design. Hi I am running latest firefox on windows 10. After a google search I have to put the view to full screen or move the window to see all the options on the right like 'tools' which I use a lot to limit to UK and the last year. is there any way to notice the window isn;t full size and the optios display should be made smaller or put into 2 lines?

I can't figure out how to get Firefox to autofill info like my email addy, name, phone number, etc. What is the secret - so annoying to have to type this stuff over & over again. Makes me miss Chrome.

I've been using Firefox for quite some time and I always keep a bunch of windows open throughout a few workspaces on my laptop. However, this takes up a lot of resources and looks very messy. So, I've been thinking of writing a script/extension to simply store all the open links in a window to a named list that I can, then, come back to when I need and reopen. That way, I could possibly have different lists, separated by topic and stored in a single place.

I'm sorry if there is an obvious solution for this, I saw a couple of similar questions have been asked before, but none that I could use as reference.

Is there a hotkey which would allow me to grab a Firefox window ANYWHERE WITHIN THE WINDOW to drag its position on a Mac OS screen?

Otherwise there are only two tiny little areas upper right and upper left to grab the window without making a selection with the mouse.

I have 3 Gmail accounts that I like to keep open most of the time. I'm trying to migrate from Chrome, which lets me have different profiles in separate browser windows. How can I keep my different email accounts open? When I add one, the first one closes.

I'd like to know if there is any way to delete some shortcuts that firefox executes. I already searched and found a way to disable the only "alt" press once to see a menu but i've never seen a topic about how to disable the alt + space bar shortcut. If anyone can help me and disable it please go ahead.

Did the originator of the video change how they are recording or did Firefox change? I now get a different window when I access the video and use shift + R click. Instead of a choice of save as, I get save page as; save page to pocket; select all; take screenshot; view page source and inspect. thanks

Note that copying PNGs in Firefox is initially disabled. Still, you can enable it by changing your preferences in the browser's configuration settings: just type "about:config" in the browser, search for "dom.events.asyncClipboard.clipboardItem," and switch it from false to true. Once enabled, you should be able to copy assets successfully.

Some websites don't have their applications, so I sometimes need them to access just from my taskbar or from the desktop but not open the browser and then access it. While using the Microsoft Edge browser they provided the feature to download any site as an app.

Every time you launch the www.rumble.com website on Firefox, (or any other web browser for that matter), the 'Main Menu Toggle Button' (which is the 3 lines icon in the upper left hand corner), is closed or minimized by default. In order to expand the Main Menu you need to actually hover over the button itself with your mouse and click it.

Is there a way to automate the expansion of the 'Main Menu Toggle Button' to be set to open AT ALL TIMES by default without me having to manually click the 'Main Menu Toggle Button' every time? Bellow is a screenshot of how the Main Menu looks like with the 'Main Menu Toggle Button' activated. I've also added a circle around the actual 'Main Menu Toggle Button'

Back in the day, I used to used 'boolean'(?) operators to refine web searches. E.g. if I want to search for "blue whale" and didn't want any ebay returns, I'd type: blue whale -ebay That doesn't seem to work now, is there another method I could use?
