Using Firefox 149.0.2 with windows 11 to watch videos on Rumble, there is a problem viewing videos. the top of the video is hidden behind large black band under the bookmarks strip. Only on full screen do I see the top of the video.

Apple cs and Geek Squad both deleted app, reloaded from net, problem remained. Geeks said it was definitely a FF problem and deleted the app completely. I am now using Chrome, which I hate. I want my Foxie back!! I am using Mac Mini, OS Sequoia 15.7.4. I updated to this maybe 2 mo ago? Two upgrades were available and I just randomly picked one. I AM NOT A TECHIE. Please respond in language a dummy can understand. I really need help! Thanks!

Hello, I am currently using windows 11 with firefox 149.0. Regardless of what website I use (youtube. steam etc), the browser struggles to establish consistent connection to my bluetooth earbuds. It connects for one moment, but then soon the volume goes out and eventually it disconnects. Though it would reconnect soon, the cycle just keeps ongoing. I have experimented with other apps and browsers, as well as multiple bluetooth earbuds of other brands to be sure that it is a firefox issue. I have checked the volume mixer menu to ensure that there is nothing wrong. I have also made sure that my drivers are all up to date with no issue. But the issue still persists.

subtitles appearing on all YouTube content, even though subtitles turned off. I have toggled the cc button and also subtitles in settings with no luck. The cc box does work to turn subtitles in not YouTube videos.

AV1 Hardware Acceleration stopped working. In about:support->Media->Codec Support Information Firefox states that Harware Decode AV1 is supported but it uses only Software Decoding. AV1 worked perfeclty before in Firefox, is still working in other browsers and apps in my system.

Whenever I watch any video or listen to music only on Firefox it plays the audio through my mic so when I'm talking online people can hear what I'm listening to If I use the Spotify app it fixes it but I still want to watch YouTube

Facing these issues on video/educational platforms other than YouTube. I am not facing either of these issues on other browsers like Microsoft Edge, on the same network. Please let me peacefully watch my educational videos, else I'll have to switch to other browsers and encourage others to do the same. I have a lot of respect for your open-source community-based browser, but such errors are causing intolerable pain. PLEASE RESOLVE ASAP.

If I have a tab open playing a live video stream (in my case BBC I player), if i switch to other tabs for a while, and then switch back to the stream tab the audio is out of sync with the video and the only way to fix it is to reload the page. This has never been a problem before but now it is

Since a few days ago, Firefox has been struggling with the likes of youtube, twitch and other streaming videos where the the videos will constantly freeze up, forcing me to use a different browser in order to watch videos.

Nothing has changed (ie I have not added any new extensions), and have also done a flat re-install of Firefox to no avail (as well as trying firefox without the Mozilla VPN on to see if that did anything).

From some long time the is no sound when i open music or movie in browser dont know whats happend - restart or new version of browser did not help at all - other browsers everything works fine

I tried streaming to my sister's PC. Her browser defaults to Firefox which I didn't notice until later. WinTV 10 Extend streamed for over 2.5 hours. I then changed to stream using Microsoft Edge. It streamed for 5min and 13 sec and then got the same audio distortion as on my PC.

I tried to install FireFox on my PC but found it is a newer version. My sister's FireFox version 142 is from August 2025. This newer version 149 I installed shows the streaming bar loading but never begins to play the video. A circle of dots spins on the normal video viewing area, as if trying to load the video.

I believe that all these Browser platforms have been adding so much additional security measures it is preventing normal streaming possible. I can't even stream YouTube videos on my newer version 149 of FireFox.

I tried to find a FireFox support chat line with no success. I would assume there is a way to allow video streaming by creating exceptions.
