Firefox doesn't display Facebook and other websites properly with windows 8
when i got my new computer with windows 8 i immeaditaly installed firefox, since i only had good experience with it. But now i've got a problem with opening Facebook and other pages. It only works for a short time after entering the safe mode. I tried reinstalling but still no change. I reallly need the adblock but even without it, websites don't get displayed properly. I'm not really a computer wiz and so im really lost here. Can anybody help me please?

Create a new profile as a test to check if your current profile is causing the problems.

If the new profile works then you can transfer some files from an existing profile to the new profile, but be careful not to copy corrupted files.
Which security software (firewall, anti-virus) do you have?
Try to boot the computer in Windows Safe mode with network support (press F8 on the boot screen) as a test to see if that helps.
