I am unable to use my bookmarks since IIS comes up on my screen.
IIS is interfering with my use of bookmarks. When the IIS appears it is like greek. The only word I can read is welcome which goes to another screen, none of which I want to use. How do I reach my bookmark for my bank so that I do my bill pay?

IIS would be the bank's web server software. I'm not sure why you are seeing an error message. Can you start at the bank's home page in case they have rearranged things?
