Is there a way NOT to have to enter my master password EVERY TIME I access the 1 Password extension?

EVERY SINGLE TIME I try to access the 1Password extension it requires me to enter the Master Password for my 1Password extension. It never did before, if I entered it once I could use finger print access for a few day before it asks for my Master Password again. Do I have to remove the extension?
