I have been using this wonderful browser since 2012, and it has been my default browser ever since. Recently, I've been facing an issue where I can't upload images, audio files, videos, or any other attachments on WhatsApp Web through this browser. To verify the problem, I tested WhatsApp on a different browser, and everything worked perfectly there.

I would appreciate your advice on how to resolve this issue. Please guide me on what steps I can take to fix the browser and restore normal functionality.

Hi Ravi,

I tested this on Firefox 151.0.4 and it works normally. In case you missed it, whatsapp prompted us to allow whatsapp to "store data in persistent storage". You may want to clear website data for whatsapp from Firefox and then allow when the persistent storage when the prompt appear to see if it helps.
