Web pages keep refreshing when I go to scroll down (ie move towards the bottom of the page). It's gotten worse (more sensitive) since the update. It usually only happens right after a page has finished loading. I'm definitely not pulling down. I like having the pull down to refresh feature but this is happening nearly every time. Thank you

Hi, I'm not sure if it's caused by scrolling down. More like aggressive memory cleaning.
