Not sure what you mean by "how to not use a profile". If you mean a Firefox profile, see the Profile Manager - Create, remove or switch Firefox profiles article under te section, Start the Profile Manager when Firefox is closed. YOu can then choose a profile or create a new one.
If that doesn't help, please explain the problem.
