My Firefox account was initially set up through https://accounts.firefox.com.cn. With the new Firefox version, this login method no longer works, causing me to lose access to all my bookmarks. Did you changed devices? If you're on the same device, you should have access to the local data even though there's an issue with Firefox Sync.
