Issue description

Firefox keep self logging me out from the synchronization. This requires urgent fixing.

Expected result after fixing

Firefox should never (unconditionally) self logout the user from any devices and services (with includes synchronization

Proposed enchancement

Firefox should allow to be simously logged into services (like sync) from multiple authorized devices in same time, instead beeing selective

I just went to look up a recipe in my Recipes collection. There are no collections on my Home page. I checked Moz support and verified they should be there. This is a new phone and the first time I tried looking for a recipe. I tried to test-save a page to a collection. The dialogue box came up with "Collection 1" in it. Clearly my collections are gone from this install. I just checked my old phone and they're there. It's the same account because the email address is the same and my profile pic is the same. How do I force the collections to re-appear on my home page? Samsung Galaxy, Firefox 155 First image is now Second image is old phone. Btw, I've been Mozilla since the late '90s! Never had an issue like this before.

When I try to pair my Firefox app on smartphone to my laptop with firefox.com/pair, I follow the steps and when entering the authentication code and going back to the app, I get a generic error saying the pairing failed.

Account synchronisation has stopped working. If I open the browser on my mobile device without using a VPN, the browser says I’m not logged in. However, if I open the browser via a VPN, everything loads correctly. Could this be because I live in Russia? I’m using the latest version of Firefox from Google Play on my device.

I have both my PC and my phone signed into the same account and they are both synced. When using the option to send tab to my phone from my PC nothing appears on my phone but there's a pop-up on my PC saying it sent the tab or it was it's a check mark or something that suggests that it knows I wanted to send a tab. And then usually when I am trying to go to bed there is a tab that was playing on my PC so I go to bed and I open up my phone, I select the tab in the sync section and I sync the devices and then I attempt to close the tab. About half the time, honestly probably more the tab will not close and stays active on my PC and it is usually a twitch tab so then when I'm trying to sleep I just hear sound coming from my PC, the tab is gone from my phone so I can't even attempt to hit the x on it again so I end up having to get up and exit on my computer. I think also I've tried to send a tab from my phone to my PC, I could have sworn that was a thing and I don't remember that working either.

Sync does not transfer settings; preferences, extensions, etc. on mobile and there does not seem to be a way to do so at all. Terrible user experience setting up a new phone with Firefox.

I had a phone set up for synchronization, and the tabs were synced. Now, that phone has disappeared from my main phone—the one that listed all the devices—and all the tabs are gone. What should I do?

Firefox desktop and Fennec Android are syncing everything perfectly, including tabs from Fennec in Firefeox, except for when I try to view tabs from Firefox in Fennec I get the message: "You don't have any tabs open in Fennec on your other devices".

I have tried to figure out what's causing this and have searched for answers but I can't figure it out. Could anyone suggest what the problem might be please. Appologoes if this is something obvious I've just missed.

I accidentally signed out of my Mozilla account on my previous device.Now, after signing in to my account on my new device, the data from my previous device is not coming through.How do I collect data from a previous device? Please help.

No matter what I do, sometimes, Firefox on my phone won't sync and it's driving me crazy to be honest. I don't know why it happens, it has no fixed schedule and it seems to go away on it's own in a seemingly random amount of time. In this instance, as I'm writing this I've been trying to sync with my PC for over an hour and it simply refuses to sync. I've tried restarting, force stoping , clearing cache.. Nothing. In the past I even tried reinstalling and for it to sync it took a while. I'm lost with this bug and it's been happening for a while now, I was hoping for a fix but so far it seems it hasn't come.

Please let me know if additional information is needed.

sync not working from: desktop to pixel 10 pro. desktop has folders and subfolders.

In addition sync not working from pixel 6 to desktop. pixel 6 is setup with folders and subfolders. There are approx 300 bookmarks

You can help by letting my sync be turned on so you can see I've only one device and quit asking me to keep signing in a device already signed in . Then you might not be confused about how many devices I'm actually using
