how can I get rid of the message FF is being updated by another instance

for awhile now I am getting this message. I have multiple browser windows open with multiple tabs each. Even if I delete all but one browser window I still get this messa… (saznaj više)

i dont want to update because of ai. i am tired of updates in the name of security that change how program works. i do not plan to update anymore. i do not want ai to know my name. i dont want to click it away every day. i am tired of your update popup. tired of clicking it away ten times a day. you want to synch to my contacts. dont know why' certainly dont want it to synch, dont even use my calander but you want it to synch also. why? i came to you for a browser. do you have a secure browser that is just a browser? can you help me stop the update popup or tell me a browser that is not ai.
