Can you try what I suggested in that thread?

Google shortened link is actually a third party service which will redirect you to the actual page/website. I wonder if the issue occur in that intermediary process. To test that assumption, can you try to see if the same browser can open the following link -> https://mzl.la/4tgZYVf ? I'm using another link shortener service which should direct you to this thread via the above link.
