Thunderbird stopped displaying new emails
I have Earthlink for my email. Thunderbird has been working for years by displaying my emails from Earthlink. Today, I have not received any new emails even though I see them on my Earthlink account.

I had to revert back to 149.0 and 149.0.2 was not retrieving email from my mac.com and my gmail.com addresses. I set Thunderbird not to update.

I get the message 'Connection to server pop.earthlink' was reset' My last email was sent from earthlink last night (4/8/2026) at 8 PM There was a Thunderbird update ( 149.0.2) this morning at 5 AM 4/9/2026 I can send emails from my computer, but do not receive any emails.

I just got my emails. I went to my Earthlink site and pulled up the account to look at my emails. Then when I went back to Thunderbird, it asked me for my password and then delivered the emails. Not sure if what I did helped, or if they just fixed it, but glad that mess is over!
