Hello. Firefox saves my password but not my email address on Royal Caribbean's website. I have tried everything possible but still will not work. I know how to save passwords and email address. All my other websites will open just fine, but not RC. I always have to type in my email address. Chrome does open up both my password and email address. I used AI and did everything it said to do with Firefox and still does not work. I have windows 11. If you have windows 11 try it and see if it works for you. Any help would be appreciated. Thank You...

Not a browser issue, but some sites like Reddit, Hotmail, and my bank want you to input the username and the password will still autofill. Interesting that I just tried Reddit in chrome and both fields did autofill. Someone closer to devs will have to chime in, is it the browser or sites treating Firefox differently.

If necessary, then you can always edit the username field in the Password Manager.

This may not make Firefox fill this field automatically. A possible cause for this is that the webpage uses an unusual DOM structure that make Firefox not recognize the login form properly.

thanks for your input, but for some unknown reason it started to work like it should. now it fills in both okay. Before it just filled in the password and not email address. Strange...

I see it showing my email address for autofill. see screenshot Mark it as resolved and have a nice day.
