Can this be removed? It appears after every cold start.

Call me petty, but looking at this pink page is annoying and if I can't remove it from my experience with Firefox, I'm deleting Firefox for another browser.

Thanks. I asked Mozilla and Mozilla gave me the link to ask the question in community. I've decided to look for a different browser instead of pursuing an answer to my question. Firefox security is over-the-top annoying.
