Can you give more detail about what is wrong? Do you get an error page?

Note that the latest release for your Windows 7 OS is Firefox 115.2.1esr.

Firefox 116 requires Windows 10 as the minimum and users on Windows 7 and 8 and 8.1 will be moved to Firefox 115 ESR.
