When printing orders from my online store, the first page prints correctly but the subsequent pages do not print correctly.

I am using Firefox ESR 60.4. I have tried to reset Firefox printer settings and the problem persists. I can print fine from other browsers like Chrome, and changing to a different printer does not help. The problem shows in the print preview but not when the report is initially run.
