Incomplete logout of CRA website
Starting recently, when logging out of the CRA website I get an error message: Internal Error occurred while trying to process the request. Transaction ID: 23396ab9-75048222-f6e4458d-32d854af-930aceed-a9 failed. If I open another Tab to login again I still am. The only way to close my access is to close the browser and reopen. Logout works properly in IE.

If there is still a problem, Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} by holding down the <Shift> (Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.
A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Did this help?

Try disabling graphics hardware acceleration in Firefox. Since this feature was added to Firefox it has gradually improved but there are still a few glitches.

This issue can be caused by corrupted cookies or cookies that are blocked.
- check the permissions for the domain in the currently selected tab in "Tools -> Page Info -> Permissions"
You can try to enable third-party cookies temporarily as a test or alternatively create a cookie "Allow for Session" exception to see if that works.
I tried changing the permissions and now have a new error, Error 401 - Unauthorized I will try clearing the cache and removing cookies next.
