Unable to load local Web Application First time, after refresh it loads
I am having web application deployed on local data centre. When i use local URL to access the application then first time it shows message unable to connect. After refresh it starts working. Whereas we are not getting this issue on chrome. I have cleared cache etc. Also set no proxy.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions ("3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Add-ons -> Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is is causing the problem.
- switch to the DEFAULT theme: "3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Add-ons -> Appearance
- do NOT click the "Refresh Firefox" button on the Safe Mode start window

What security software do you have?
You can check for security software related issues.
Boot the computer in Windows Safe mode with network support to see if that has effect in case security software is causing problems.
