The email on my Foxfire account is no longer valid. How do I update account information if I cannot receive password help or confirmations? i really don't want to start over and lose all my bookmarks.

Your bookmarks are in Firefox on each device that you have connected to your Firefox Account, so you shouldn't lose any bookmarks.

Create a new Firefox Account and your bookmarks (and other Firefox user data) will get synchronized to your Firefox Account.
