I have lost my session and other solutions dont seem to work

I have a sessionstore.js and an upgrade.jsonlz4-.... from before the loss, but even after erasing the jsonlz and backups present with Firefox closed, placing them there, and opening Firefox again it does not seem to read it. I may be doing something wrong because i`m not very deft at these matters but I really could not say what.
