I keep getting unwanted adds by PrimaScope, how do I block or remove

My wife uses Safari and doesn't get these annoying adds but I like FireFox, they pop up and the adds start audio and if your listening to another audio they overlap, this is very distressful. Can you tell me how to remove PrimaScope adds from FireFox or at least block them.
