Can't import Safari bookmarks. No "import" option anywhere.

Using Firefox version 34.0.5 on Macbook Pro running Mavericks. Trying to import Safari bookmarks. Go to Bookmarks - Show All Bookmarks and there is no option to import or backup. Also true for the File tab on menu bar. No option to import.

Thanks very much. I never saw the little icon button on the top of the bookmarks library screen. I was looking elsewhere.
