I have two email accounts, one is showing 5% of 100GB and the other is showing 94% of 3.9GB. Why the large difference? I cannot find anything about there being a Quota nor was I aware there was one when I signed up or if this is correct how to get a larger quota. Any advice appreciated please. Mike

Using 153.0b3 and having an issue.

Under Account Settings, I have three entries in the left: Company Yahoo Local Folders

Under Company, my POP3 download/remove from server account I've had since the 90s, under Copies & Folders I have "Place a copy in" for "Sent" Folder on: Company. Same for Message Archives, Drafts, and Templates. Under Yahoo I have "Place a copy in" for "Local Folders" for all four. The ONLY reason I have them set up this way is due to the error message that displays if I try and set any of them to be Yahoo.

I recently went to find an email I'd sent last week using my Company account and couldn't find it. I couldn't find any that had been sent for awhile. I eventually found it under Local Folders(I had "Hide local folders" turned on because I can't understand the reason to it to even exist).

What exactly is going on? Is it a bug with the beta? I'm getting really tired of having to move the messages to the correct folder when all of the settings appear correct(my oldest email is from 1996 btw, so I've been keeping current since Netscape Mail)

AI tells me I can't just drag my Gmail.com (IMAP) from local Folders to the internet-connected folders section, which contains my Verizon.com account hosted by AOL. How can move my Gmail (IMAP) account safely?

First I have went through and followed all listed steps to remove an account. Second I am not an idiot. Third I am trying to remove the pop up for a password of an email account no longer monitored. I have removed it properly and cleared calendar settings. The is no user for this email account in my profiles It is a gmail account. I am unable to decipher the JSON file.

Al I want to do is remove this from happening.

Hi, i'm wondering if there is a way to get rid of this "account". If I understand correctly, it is used for outbox (before mails go to the sent folder of the proper account), and also used for default Archive destination. I understand why this would be required for pop3 accounts but i'm using only IMAP or Exchange. I'd rather have my archived mails go to the Archive folder under the proper account too.

My email provider has transferred their services to a messaging service and I need to change accounts in Thunderbird from Pop 3 to IMAP. All the solutions I have found so far aren't working for me. Is it possible? This is starting to get pretty urgent as I have to change to the messaging service within the three days.

Just installed Thunderbird on Windows 11. Have two accounts: UN1@hotmail.co.jp and UN2@hotmail.co.jp. I created them in exactly the same way, but one of them works without problem, the other shows me "Command Error 12". After searching for a solution on the forum, I understand that none of the suggestions work. The error repeats. What can it be and is there a way to fix this error?

So I have gone through many of the suggested actions in removing an email account from Thunderbird. It keeps asking for a password for an email account I no longer use. It was a gmail account. I have removed calendar reminders. I have gone to the profiles. It is not listed. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Thunderbird. But Every time I open the program and several times while using. It asks me for the password. How do I remove this?

I downloaded Thunderbird and am still getting Outlook emails in the T-bird app? I feel like I'm missing something or doing something wrong. Does this mean I cannot cancel my MS Office 365? Another answer said the order was set in prefs.js. If I remember from Windows 95, that was a configuration file? Where will I find it on Windows 11?

The problem has arisen because I have had to change my main Google account. A gamer (I suspect) wrote a bot taking money from my Google Play account. In resolving that, I created another account so I could abandon the other. However Google security saw my behaviour as suspicious. My "appeal" was upheld, but creating the account again on Thunderbird didn't trigger the security popups. The only way I could do that was to force the account manually. That put it after Local Folders, which I usually want open.

FROM POP TO IMAP CHANGED AFTER I CANNOT RECEIVE MASSAGES. The sent mail folders in the webmail and Thunderbird are synchronized. Account password is correct. My iphone is received mail messages.
