You did updates this morning which annoys me anyway. You do updates too often and at the wrong time of day. After you did updates, everything, all my bookmarks, etc. are gone. It's a blank screen.

After being nagged to update to the latest version of Firefox, i did so thinking all the windows and tabs would be restored. I have been thru multiple updates with with no problems in the past. I have been through most of the self help but nothing works. The restore last session is greyed out.

I do not speak geek.

My bookmarks list has inexplicably disappeared. It might be related to the fact that I briefly switched to Google Chrome to connect to a Facebook Zoom meeting – although I've done this several times before without any problems. So, what can I do to get my bookmarks list to reappear? I hope it's not too complicated! Thank you for your advice!

Hello, during the last FireFox update a bug happens and make Firefox doing reparation ; after this, my extensions and last session had been lost ; I tried to restore but nothing working, can I cancel the Firefox reparation, thanks for helping Best regards

So every time the browser crashed or a blackout happens and it forced closed (sometimes the browser is closed normally and it still happens) the next time i start the browser it would show the restore session page. Pressing the restore session would just restore the open tabs and not the tab groups. Because of this i would need to go to the file manager, copy the previous.json and change it to replace the sessionstore. it's kinda annoying. is this problem just me or is this a known issue? also how to fix.

My Firefox crashed and one of my windows with a bunch of tabs was lost. I have a bunch of windows open for dedicated sorting of tabs (one for socials, one for videos, etc). Earlier, my Firefox crashed and it attempted to restore my session but did not restore one specific window I had. I looked in the "History > Recently Closed Windows" and it was not there either. This specific window had a bunch of work related things on it and while I can sift through my history and re-open each tab individually and rebuild it that way, that's really frustrating and time consuming. Is my window just lost now?

I had a problem with my Zotac PC and had to do a reset, when done none of my passwords or bookmarks came back after the resety even though Firefox asked for my password and email to send me a code but everything is gone and I have way to reach some of my frequently used sites, can you please help? Running windows 10. I installed the newest vewrsion of Firefox, and now I can see or find bookmarks anywhere. I tried the tutorial but I dont see anywhere in my computer where a list of bookmarks are.
