Hello,

This started happening recently, in the last 30 days. Gray screen is shown when I clink on any photo in "Your memories from this day" email from photos@onedrive.com. If I go to OneDrive, then select today's date the issue is the same.

I've tried the same actions in Chrome and the photos are shown without issues.

Can someone help with this?

Other web browsers do not blocade me at this page. I do not understand why, and what server is responsible for this blocade.

After years of logging into the DirecTV website, suddenly I can no longer do so. My UserID and Password are correct and work well with Chrome, but not with Firefox. What can I do to make it work again with you?

Using Firefox--When I try to access the daily set of images that comes in an email representing memories for this day which is pulled from my Onedrive Photos, all I get is a dark blank screen with a subtle pulsing wave as if it is searching.

I get the same thing when I go directly to my OneDrive Photos and try to pull up the daily photos there.

However, changing browsers and using Google Chrome--I can view the images in the memory email as well as those on my OneDrive directly

What does Chrome do that Firefox is not?

I recently had another browser related issue on a different problem trying to register online with Directv which would not complete with Firefox but when I used Google Chrome instead of Firefox, it worked.

This made me wonder if the above OneDrive image problem might be browser issue. Sure enough, it was.

I really prefer Firefox and I do not want to have to go to Chrome.

I am 81 years old, ad not a tech genius, but I can no longer access my memory photos that microsoft one drive sends me every day. It did work before, but now I get a blank screen. Microsoft help tried the edge system, and the pictures came up, but on firefox, I now get a blank screen. I do not want to change browsers

For over a month, videos are just buffering in youtube and facebook. I can change browsers and they play just fine. I have re-booted my system and it still does it. BTW, I have a fast cable internet provider.

when I try to access the Gallery photos page on OneDrive, especially in the 'For you' section, I get a gray screen and nothing happens. When I check the console, it shows the issues I've captured in the screenshot. I tried this on Mac and Ubuntu with a fresh profile and a clear internet connection. Does anyone have an idea why this is happening? Firefox Version is the latest 142.0.1 No problem with Vivaldi, Chrome etc.

If I have taken photos in past years on a particular date, I get an email from Microsoft to review them. I normally do it on my phone, but today tried it from my computer. The path is "One Drive" "Photos" "Moments" and then "On This Day." If you click on the photos that in the graphic that looks like a movie strip, a montage of the photos shows up and you can also click on one. However, in Firefox, I click on a picture and the screen goes gray, but nothing ever loads. I thought it was a Microsoft issue so used their help function. The rep and I tried it, then cleared the cache, then tried it in a private setting. We got the same result every time. Then he tried it whatever Microsoft's browser is called and it worked just fine. They said it was a problem on the Mozilla Firefox end, so I'm reporting it. Please let me know if you can help me make it work. I don't like using anything except Firefox.

Onedrivelive.com displays (now already 2 months) a blank screen when opening from a "your memories from this day" email (coming from ******@onedrive.com ). Screen of rolling, blank gibberish appears. And by gibberish I mean the screen is brownish with waves of dark/light color going back and forth across the screen. it only happens when I open the link in Firefox, NOT for example in Edge. WHY IS THIS ERROR IN FIREFOX?

First off, apologies - I don't know if this is a YouTube problem, a Steam Deck problem or a Firefox problem. I haven't been able to figure out the cause of this problem for months so I'm trying you guys because you're more responsive than YouTube has been so I'm really hoping it's a Firefox problem.

Basically since early June I've been getting "an error occurred" errors for YouTube videos of approximately an hour. Longer videos and shorter videos tend to play fine, but I get the issue with videos under ten minutes sometimes as well.

This only occurs in Firefox on my Steam Deck (SteamOS). Other browsers and other devices are fine.

I have cleared my cache, cleared cookies, disabled extensions and logged in and out of YouTube to no avail. The problem still occurs in troubleshoot mode and updating Firefox hasn't fixed it.

Would appreciate any troubleshooting tips and again, apologies if this ends up not being a Firefox problem, I just don't know what else to try at this point.

Another site that I can only view in Chrome. I'm not saying this happens every day, but still more often than it should. This is in about:support/troubleshooting mode. Won't get beyond what you see. Loads right up in Chrome.

I have spent days trying to figure out issues. 1. despite me clicking on leave me signed in, I am not staying signed into sights or even AOL mail. 2. I am not able to see any photos/images that reviewers are leaving on some sights, and on QVC, I can't see any photos they are leaving or even reviews sometimes. I can't even see anywhere to leave review any more. Never had this issue before. Contacted QVC but they find no issues on their end. Also have same issue with other sites. 3. Loading sites since I went back Foxfire is very slow. 4. Every time I go on FireFox support page it says I have Windows 10. I don't I have had Windows 11 for long time and when I try to change it, it just reverts back to Windows 10.. Firefox is my favorite browser but these problems are very annoying and only reason I changed after using it for many years was because of issues above that nobody has been able to fix. Just today I switched back from Microsoft Edge that I hated, hoping issues above might be resolved but same issues.. I really hope I can find help here, would really appreciate it. Thank you ahead of time.

I am using Firefox desktop on Windows 11. I have downloaded hundreds of articles from this website, with no problem until yesterday. I accessed the website using Edge, and it worked fine.

I really don't want to stop using Firefox, but I need a usable browser. Can you help me?

I went to Wirercutter from the NY Times, tried to search and got the result "HTTP header is larger than 10240 bytes." I performed the same action with Chrome on the same machine with no problems. I am on Firefox 140.4.0.esr running on a Slackware64/15 machine.

Accessing my Government sites (pay, Medical) and bill payment sites has become so limited that I'm going to have to stop using Firefox, since I'm having to switch back and forth to do my work and personal business. Why can't Mozilla get Firefox up to whatever standards are needed so that these sites will allow us to use it when working on their pages?

I am running into an issue with LinkedIn's "My Network" page when using Firefox (115.29.0esr). The page content appears as a compressed rectangle in the upper left of the browser window, there is the ability scroll within that rectangle, the LinkedIn menu bar is to be floating in the middle right of the page, and the rest of the page is gray. All other LinkedIn pages load normally.

I have already tried closing/reopening Firefox, adjusting the zoom, turning of Enhanced Tracking Protection for the page, clearing the startup cache, disabling all extensions, switching to Standard Enhanced Privacy Protection, and using Troubleshoot Mode. The issue persists in all scenarios.
