I recently tried logging in to my account at a financial institution and in addition to my user name and password they wanted to send me a verification code. I have no means other than e-mail to receive the code so I cannot log in. E-mail is not one of their optional ways to get the code. They say they have not changed their procedures. Could there possibly be something in the latest Firefox updates that could cause this problem?

I have had software problems recently and have lost a number of functions that I could use your help with. My browser is Firefox. And for my home page I use "my.earthlink".

Upon completion of the repair, I discovered that all my stored passwords and user names were lost. I had 189 protected items that are now gone. Does your program (Mozilla/Firefox) have a cloud file or another method to retrieve this information?

I am suddenly unable to login in to eBay using Firefox. This just started this morning (it was working fine last night). I opened Firefox in safe mode - no change - so it is not a plugin that is causing the problem. Here is what happens:

I click on my bookmark, and the login screen for eBay opens (sometimes). I enter the username, then it takes me to the stupid Captcha page. I pass that, then it goes back to the username page and says, "Oops, that's not a match". It will do this repeatedly for hours on end if I chose to do so. I have cleared the cache/cookies, so that is not he issue, either.

I can login to eBay just fine with Safari and Edge, so it is not a problem with my operating system. If anyone knows what might be causing this, your input will be greatly appreciated. Firefox version is 132.0.2.

I've changed primary email some time ago and wanted to login using a new device. However, login fails with "Incorrect email case" and response contains my old email under "errors[0].extensions". After that, there is another request doing login with old email, which seem to be successful, however the whole operation fail and page only shows "Something went wrong. Please close this tab and try again.". Trying to login directly with an old email leads to "Primary account email required for sign-in" error. Please assist.

EDITED1 IS IT MORE CLEAR ? Hello everybody, its my first question here! I am using the Firefix password manager and it allows me to store passwords within firefox. And with the general password of password manager, I am able to view and copy passwords. For one website, I changed the password, but made an error. When I do login on that website, password manager lets appear different options with dates. See screenshot on link.These dates dont appear when I open the password manager. Now I can stil login on that website when I choose a former date of 23 avril on the list. How can I copy this password? Have a beautiful day... or night ! Xavier

Let me know if there is a setting change needed...perhaps hidden. No issues using Firefox with any other sites...pay a lot of bills online. The site response; not authorized.

Norton recently issued a major update to their Norton 360 software. Since then the passwords that I saved in Firefox's password manager do not work. I go to the webpage and the passwords simply do not show up and cannot be used. Did Norton suddenly block the Firefox password and sign in function? Call me Puzzled.

Another question about FireFox. I believe I have everything set correctly, please see attachment, but FireFox is not asking me to save my sign in credentials for my Apple account. It was working two days ago when I had to count on it remembering those credentials from over 2 years ago in order to change my password. After changing it I have signed in a few times to get it to remember my new password but it isn't asking me. Any idea why and how I can correct it?

Firefox requesting a "passkey" to sign into AOL. AOL says it's not them. it doesn't say what kind of passkey, how toset it up, where to get it, Nothing! Any ideas? I can get in on my tablet and phone, just not in Firefox.This request for a passkey just began a month or so ago, with no explanation.

As is known, Google likes to offer to sign in users on 3rd party sites. I have no interest in using Google to sign in to websites. How does it even know I'm there? It's following me around the web. I've tried in vain to find a way to turn this feature off. Does anybody know how to do it?

Hi, 2 days ago I switched from Chrome to Firefox. I buy a lot of stuff online from many shops, so I really need the autofill feature. I checked and it is available only in some locations, ex. France. Will it be available in Poland in about a month?

I've tried everything that was suggested under the settings tab for password saving. I have enabled it for all websites, and yet FF is not saving any of my passwords. I also tried to import my PWs from Google. Still blank. What next?

Nach einem Neustart musste ich mich neu mit meinem Firefox Konto verbinden. Danach waren alle gespeicherten Zugangsdaten weg. Die passenden Dateien liegen im Profil Ordner, aber ich kann sie ja nur als .csv Datei importieren. Wie bekomme ich die gespeicherten Zugangsdaten und Passwörter wieder? Vielen Dank im Voraus.
