I am experiencing an issue with the Keeper browser extension on Mozilla Firefox. Despite configuring all related settings appropriately, the extension consistently locks out every time I close the browser.
To troubleshoot, I have:
Verified that the extension is enabled and fully allowed in Firefox’s Extension settings.
Ensured that Keeper is whitelisted in every possible relevant setting within the browser.
Checked that the "stay logged in" or persistent session options are correctly set within Keeper’s own configuration.
Confirmed that no conflicting privacy settings or third-party add-ons are interfering with the extension's functionality.
Despite these measures, the extension does not retain its logged-in state upon browser closure. This behavior suggests a persistent session issue not aligned with the user-side configuration.
I would appreciate guidance on how to resolve this.

I am trying to access my account at Now Finance (nowfinance.com.au) and I can't get past the login challenge. I have changed my password on the site several times with no change in the result. I can login OK with Opera and Google, but not firefox.
I don't need to login now. I have done my business using Chrome, but I think the above is something you need to know.

My windows computer recently got the blue screen and needed to be reset, and when I got it back up and running, and loaded Firefox, and signed into Mozilla, none of my stored passwords are there. I had done the sync before, they should have been there, no? I have an encrypted email for work and there's no way to reset the password, I just lose access to that email address. Why are all my passwords gone?
