What it says in the above question. I get logged out of all websites, which I have to sign into everything again, which is annoying, and many of the websites act like it's a completely new computer/browser, even if i ask them to save this browser. Had this problem for a few months now, not sure what setting changed to cause this.

I can't sync my history and bookmarks. As for my bookmarks, backups have stopped for about a month. I can't export them as html files either. As for my history, the file download history is no longer displayed at all. I've tried refreshing Firefox, but that didn't work. Is a reinstall the only solution?

When having restarted my computer and Firefox Nightly after a sudden power outage, all my tabs were gone. I need to restore them.

I went into the profile folder, but there was no session store file. Inside the backup sub folder i saw two large files, "previous.jsonlz4" and "restore.jsonlz4", and made a copy of both and placed them inside a new sub folder that I made, inside that profile folder.

An expert from the "Tech Support Guy" website ("Nader") told me, to open "about:support" and there to use the "Refresh" feature. I did this, but no tabs were restored. So I went into the profile folder again, just to see that it had disappeared and been replaced by a new profile folder! And therefore my two copies of the PREVIOS and RESTORE json files were gone, too, as they were inside a sub folder within that disappeared profile folder!

Now I need to know, URGENTLY, how to restore that folder and the files and sub folders within that profile folder. Thanks!

I use the Firefox Multi-Account Containers extension to separate my browsing data. I have one container for my personal account (Google, YouTube, etc.), another for Amazon, another for work, and another for web searches.

Can I delete the cookies from the containers independently?

Let me explain. I'd like to keep the cookies from my personal container (to keep sessions open), but I'd like to delete the cookies from the "searches" container.

As of yesterday when using my SafePal wallet it does not let me sign in to my M3 account. It has worked very well and l can still log in via my mobile phone, using the same system. Help to see what is happening please. Regards Peter

Running FF115.23.1ESR on a Win7/32 box I use in network maintenance/configuration.

If I log into the modem main page and select from the side-bar menu, FF drops me back to the modem's login screen (Groundhog Day style). This behaviour is repeatable (endlessly) on:

• * another identical modem (same/latest firmware). These have repeatedly been factory reset and firmware reloaded. No change.
• * another Win7 box (/64) on same FF release.

Opera - reluctantly added on those same Win7 boxes - does not have this (mis-)behaviour.

Win10/64 running FF138.0.4 does not have this issue.

Up until about ten weeks back, the (then-current) Win7/X esr release did NOT have this problem.

Yes, I HAVE cleared cache/cookies repeatedly before sessions, to no avail. <><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><> [EDIT:] The on-line modem/router emulator can be accessed at https://support.netcommwireless.com/e.../login.html The default un/pswd is admin/admin. Once in the main page, select "Advanced" from the left menu list. This (in the emulator) opens the Advanced page, as it should. In a normal situation here, it simply reverts to the login page.

Q1: Anyone have any experience like this, or any clues/suggestions?

Q2: To continue using these Win7 boxes in that role, am I forced to abandon FF?

I’ve noticed that Firefox does not show the translation icon in the toolbar for a webpage, even though the page is in English. When I manually go to "Application Menu" → "Translate Page…", I receive the message: "Translation is not available for this page - Sorry, this language is not yet supported." However, if I click on "Change source language" and manually set it to English, the translation works correctly. It seems like Firefox is not detecting the language of the page automatically, and as a result, the translation feature does not appear unless I manually intervene. The issue occurred on this page: "https://mantisbt.org/docs/master/en-US/Developers_Guide/html-desktop/#dev.contrib.submit.before".

I also looked for a way to report this issue, but I only found a form for reporting incorrectly translated words here: "https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSdoRWnsHX6vVnGIRyLi4Kl-p0GrmeVIioqWsTz3aVTRfLScng/viewform". There doesn't seem to be an option to report entire sites where the translation does not work at all.

When browsing, the tabs and address bar get stuck somehow. Tabs can still be closed with "close other tabs", and new tabs can be opened by following URLs, but the tab component is fully stuck. Sometimes it fixes itself, but usually it requires browser restart.

I have been using the Microsoft Surface Pro 4 for a while with Debian Trixie with GNOME. I have noticed that firefox works for the initial half hour or so and after that it just stops responding to the touches. I know its Firefox because the other system parts stay responsive to my touches, e.g. GNOME. I'm on version: Mozilla Firefox 128.10.0esr.

Can anyone help me?

There used to be a toggle in the high contrast settings to use system colors on all web pages, but now the option is gone. [This](https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/firefox-contrast-control#w_automatic-use-system-settings) post claims that automatic uses system colors, but with automatic enabled, I cant get the colors to actually apply.

Running - when open to run webtrading site, I got message - This page is slowing down Firefox. To speed up your browser stop this page. And stop button. And the webtrading site stops anyway. Could you help Please. Thank you, Frank

When trying to launch the browser from a network folder, I encounter the errors shown in the screenshots. If I launch the browser on one computer, everything is ok, but if I need to launch it on at least the second one, I encounter this error until I close the browser on the first one.
