Hello, where does one find the option to return old tab folder look?

These bubbles look ridiculous and remind me of the 'corporate art'. As a long time user, my heart just cannot accept this. I was on the verge of crying when I saw this on my PC (I have been actively avoiding this update after seeing it on my laptop). I have looked everywhere in the settings but did not succeed on my own.

Would greatly appreciate the help before I double my OCD medication norm

I use One Password as my password manager. Firefox is set up correctly to allow this. But every time I open a new instance it doesn't work. Most annoying. Please help

Moin, seit einigen Tagen startet Firefox bei Klick auf das Symbol in der Taskleiste nicht. Wenn ich mehrmals klicke erscheint Firefox soviele Male wie geklickt. Mein System: Win11 25H2. Kann jemand helfen?

How can I set the shortcuts on the home page to show only my favorites instead of frequently visited sites? I can't simply disable the shortcuts—it's inconvenient without them—but constantly deleting unwanted shortcuts is a hassle, too.

Since the latest Firefox update, it hangs immediately at startup. Now it never works, while other browsers always work. This is a fully updated Windows 10 computer. Even when it does work, Firefox's special tabs - About, Close Firefox, Restore session - are often big trouble; and it seems possible one of these may be the problem now. When Firefox is working. it either closes slowly or not at all, bringing always problematic "Firefox is already running - Close Firefox" messages. When one Firefox window is closed, Firefox always keeps the window that is causing trouble in the first place. So, two things. 1) Firefox doesn't work at all. If you fix this problem with an update, the update must start immediately because clicking on "Download Update" too will be hung. 2) You have terribly problematic special tabs which I have named above. It is my opinion that you cannot fix them - you have to rebuild them from scratch - otherwise they would be working properly right now. I have fallen back on Microsoft Edge which always works. Firefox is never working. Think about it.

It seems the sync server is keeping deleted passwords record placeholders ... for ever?? what is the point of this? User tracking?

he same with the credit card records BUT not eg bookmarks.

I’m still unable to access Newsmax articles in Firefox. I am getting this error:

“You don't have permission to access this resource on this server.”

The important detail is that Newsmax works normally in Microsoft Edge on the same computer and the same internet connection, so this does not appear to be an IP or general connectivity problem. The problem appears to be specific to Firefox.

I contacted support yesterday but did not receive a response. Could you please have your technical team look into the Akamai/Firefox access denial associated with the reference number above?

My computer just updated Firefox. Since that happened I can't stream a movie in full screen. That is, I can make the window as big as the screen, but I can't hide the tabs, time and date, pull down menu titles, etc, I want to see nothing but the movie. On Netflix you typically do this by clicking on the rectangle in the bottom right corner. But now nothing happens when I click on this. Can you help with this?

Preferred Firefox for most of my online use in my 82-year career in the ICT space - why has it deteriorated so badly? Am using Chrome for now, works perfectly, doses not freeze up my browsing or simultaneous use like Word or outlook. Should I abandon Firefox and switch to Chrome permanently?

Firefox is taking minutes to load tabs and once loaded it goes offline. It has been going offline for some time but it was only for short periods and I was blaming my router or internet connection but recently the offline periods have gone on for so long that Firefox is unusable and I have had to revert to another browser. There are no error messages other the "offline"

The full error message is: "The procedure entry point ?WindowsBCryptinitialization@mozilla@@YA_NXZ could not be located in the dynamic link library C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\xul.dll."

After accepting that, I get another message that says: "Couldn't load XPCOM." Then, it just quits, with no Crash Reporter dialog.

I downloaded a fresh installer, but it takes a couple minutes to even launch, and then just sits there for a long time on the initial screen doing nothing before saying the installation failed. I've restarted my computer twice hoping it was a one-off issue, but there's no change.

According to the file information, xul.dll was last changed September 3rd, so it may not be the source of the issue. Perhaps whatever name mangling is responsible for the above entry point changed and now they don't match?

I have automatic updates set to "download but don't install", so it downloaded it a few days ago and I just restarted it this evening and the issue occurred. I could understand that maybe something got corrupted during the update, but I have no idea how the installer could also be failing.
