i write an email and it automatically goes to the outbox,.... but it never is sent. my sense is that it's trying to send emails via another browser... not firefox and it just locks it up.

Youtube is nonfunctional on firefox as of April 29 2025. It was all working fine last night, then I woke up to no youtube. It loads the website as a blank screen. Videos can be accessed by going directly to their URL, but no recommendeds load in, no comments section, even the title and channel information is unavailable. I would say none of the buttons work, but there are no buttons to test. It works fine in Chrome still. I know it's not my extensions because I tried removing them all, and it didn't fix it. I know it's not my cache/cookies, because I cleared that too and it didn't fix it. I know it's not on Youtube's end, because it works fine in Chrome. I know it's not an update issue, because I updated my browser and it didn't fix it. Please. I want to be able to use youtube in firefox. Please help me fix this thing. I have attached photos, but I suspect they'll be more demonstrative of the problem than useful for troubleshooting.

I use my cell to login to most of my sites but, something happened and now when I click on opening web pages on my mobile, to login with remembered info, I get a fingerprint sign and text that reads to unlock Firefox!

According to Firefox Help, "After you have defined and set your Primary Password, you will be prompted to enter it once for each Firefox session, when Firefox needs access to your stored passwords." But since updating to version 136.0 I get asked for my Primary Password even to see my home page. Why is this?

When I open Firefox it opens a maximized window with tabs, then it opens a minimized with a single tab, then it reopens a maximized window with all session tabs. Each window displays in succession, one window at a time.

I'm on desktop using Windows 11.

I just read a post saying this behavior was caused by the resist fingerprinting feature. Can someone explain how that causes the repeated opening of browser window 3 times. Is there a way to retain the anti-fingerprinting behavior w/o the multiple window opening behavior?

Firefox is not loading on my desktop full sceen. I can see a small page minimalized when I put my curser on the Firefox icon. This has happened once before and I had to uninstall and install and I lost a lot of settings doing that. Please advise. Picture on the left is what I see, not the other. When I go to the task bar and click on firefox the only thing that comes up is, top left corner it says new tab but nothing opens after that, just blank screen. I want to use firefox as my browser but if this continues I'll have to use a different browser.

firefox did an update this morning when I selected a link on a trusted email. Went as normal but I have lost my homepage. All I have is a blank page where I used to have my most used searches and links. All gone blank page (still have bookmarks drop down) Is this the new look? how can I get my homepage back please? i just upgraded firefox for Mac OS to 115.23.0esr (64-bit) and now I cannot log in to my bank account from this desktop. Safari works on the iPhone but I NEED FIREFOX ON THE DESKTOP IMAC (Sierra 10.12.6) There seems to be NO INFORMATION ON YOUR "ASK A QUESTION" PAGE ABOUT THE UPDATE

I confirmed this problem on two separate computers(windows 7 and windows 11) and version 115.23.0 of Firefox ESR can not properly play streams on twitch.tv

Audio will play, but the video does not load with only a black screen with question mark icon replacing video feed.

I get an empty pdf viewer frame. Also the debugger shows the following error;

Uncaught TypeError: Promise.withResolvers is not a function

Is there some way to overcome this problem? a future release of firefox esr?

When I try to connect to my email provider [email removed for privacy]@aol.com I click on my Firefox browser and type in AOL.com however; there are many sign ins and I can get 'Breaking News' etc but cannot get into my emails. All I wish for is to open my computer, go to the first opening page, select the short cut and get straight into my emails can you help please??
