Hi, I can't get youtube to load using firefox. Every other site load but youtube. I restore my pc to a later time and it still doesn't load. I up dated firefox and that didn't work. I deleted my cookies and still no luck. Youtube will work on Google chrome, but I don't use that chrome. What do I do next.

What version of Firefox actually allows you to add extensions? I'm running the most current version of Tumbleweed that ships with 144.0. Attempts to add extensions just sit there doing nothing until I close the tab. This sort of worked some time ago (I forget the version) but the inability of Firefox to allow add-ons/extensions is getting to be a joke. There are other browsers out there, ya know.

Hi! I'm on a relatively new to me (refurb) desktop computer running Win 10 Pro (64 bit)* and Firefox 143.0.3.

In the past week both Firefox and Win 10 have updated. I don't know what happened, but now when I boot up or reboot, my computer opens to MS Edge. Yuck!

Every single time I have to reinstall Firefox! Once I do that, all is well again. I have all my bookmarks back, etc.

It also keeps changing my "default to Firefox" browser setting, turning it OFF, while I'm using Firefox. I repeatedly have to keep going in and clicking to make FF to the default browser again.

Why is it doing this? How do I stop it?

Anyway, I know I can't delete Edge or uninstall it. How do I shove it back into the black hole it has lived in until now?

Does FIREFOX offer an app that will read my email to me? OR (desktop Mac)

I have a DAW (Digital Audio Workstsation) (Logic is the version Apple offers. )and I've purchased many musical apps. Guitars, keyboards, etc but a lot of them have long manuals. I'd love to be able to hear the text, say while washing dishes.

I do have the CC on my television while viewing shows

So I'm just idly doing cleanup / maintenance work on my saved passwords and have encountered the most ridiculous error message:

• Vulnerable Password
• Learn more\
• This password has been used on another account that was likely in a data breach. Reusing credentials puts all your accounts at risk. Change this password.

Except I know the password is unique.

I have a strict username / password usage where every site gets a unique password, period.

Someone broke something in when it calls ABC = DEF

When I check my passwords I get a message saying that my password has been compromised and that the user name is admin. They suggest changing the password immediately but every time I try I can’t figure it out. I can change my password and have done so, but the admin password I’m not sure what to do.

Hi -- I'm getting quite a few page crashes that seem mostly tied to YouTube, although not exclusively. I only recently swapped over to Firefox from Chrome because I was having similar crashing issues with that browser as well. This is after a fresh install of Windows 11 Pro and a number of different benchmark tests (no known issues with CPU, GPU, or RAM).

Since there are so many reports that all seem different, could someone help troubleshoot? I really can't tell if it's a browser problem, maybe something with my MOBO or PSU or other hardware.

When I shop for groceries, every single item I look at shows up in my Recent Activity. This wastes way too much space, plus I don't need it. Is there a way to restrict what shows?

Hello. My macBook recently died. I was signed into Firefox, so my tabs should have saved. I tried to open / upload them onto my new iMac desktop. But for some reason it only keeps wanting to mirror the open tabs on my iPad, which is not what I want. I want to resurrect the tabs open on my macBook before it died. How do I best do this please? I am running Firefox 144.0 on kubuntu 24.04.3 LTS I have lost sound on Firefox. I have opened the same sites in Chrome and the sound is working fine. It's only in Firefox. I have tried several sites including Udemy, YouTube, and radio programs, no sound from Firefox. The problem started in the middle of a Jit.Si session. All of a sudden the sound disappeared. I thought that restart Firefox would help, then restart the computer would help. But the problem has continued. The speakers is turned on the volume is up, just not a sound from Firefox. What to do?

I was resetting my password entered my email code recovery key it didn't ask for my authenticator got an error invalid token then after retrying it asked for email and authenticator but not the recovery key the account now says I have no key
