How can I (we) disable enhanced tracking so it's not loaded at all in the browser, i.e., we manually turn it on and off when needed? After this last update, some websites I visit are automatically crashing, the screen freezes, I cannot click on their navigation or products, it's become a horrible nightmare and it's not a good use of my time. I want to disable it.

Enhanced Tracking Protection is preventing access to x.com even after it is allegedly "turned off" for this site. I have been using personal computers since the 1970s after the IBM PC was introduced, but now I am about ready to ditch Firefox AND Windows 11 to install a decent version of Linux. Grok on my iPhone 8 offered several suggestions to resolve this issue, but none of them have worked so far... including trying to us Microsoft Edge instead of Firefox.

I am not being allowed to access some websites because of my 'Do Not Track' status still being broadcast. I had the field set to 'Yes' when the field was removed. I am not allowed onto these other sites because of my 'Do Not Track' status. How can I fix this ? I was planning on using Firefox when I go to Apple silicon later this year - but not if I keep running into problems before I switch.

If I may offer my perspective, I believe the Enhanced Tracking Protection is a commendable choice. I'm afraid to say that I always get an error message on the TikTok website. I'm afraid I don't have the ability to circumvent this block. I would be very grateful if you could assist me in this matter. I believe I have a clear understanding of the website into which I wish to log in. It would be very helpful if there were an option to manually deactivate the protective features. <if i may offer my believe the enhanced tracking protection is a commendable choice. p></if>

I cannot log in to Amazon.ca using Firefox. When I input my email address to Amazon, it says I look like a new customer so let's set up an account. I am not a new customer and my account on Amazon works fine if I sign in through the Chrome browser. I have tried refreshing Firefox and also tried using Troubleshoot Mode, but the problem with Firefox persists. Is there a fix? Firefox must be blocking some type of data that Amazon requires but even white-listing the website doesn't seem to work.

I just received this from my browser application, in the developer console:

“hzcddohaebgygypamkuh.supabase.co” has been classified as a bounce tracker. If it does not receive user activation within the next 3,600 seconds it will have its state purged.

I don't think accessing supabase via their javascript library should be tripping this. I hope this does affect my customers' experience.

Since the last update, some pictures do not show. For instance, in the News and Features Digest email that I receive, when I click on a headline to read article, any pictures do not show. It is just a big, blank, space. Also, for instance, some pictures on accuweather.com do not show, also on weatherbug.com. Even if I turn it off, the pictures do not show up. It seems the lastest update overwrote the shield in front of the address bar that I had set under Firefox settings, Privacy & Security, Enhanced Tracking Protection. I was able to turn off the shield and see what was being removed/blocked. Now that does not work. I understand you try to make Firefox as safe as possible by adding new features. However. I would like to remove whatever setting that shield has now installed with the latest update. I hope this makes sense.

I'm trying to disable the tracking on my laptop. All this tracking is getting way too personal for me! When I go to Privacy & Security in Settings, I only get the option to Manage Exceptions where you have to enter certain website names for exceptions to privacy.or tracking. I want to disable all tracking as it's an invasion of my privacy. Any help will be appreciated and I am not a computer "techie" so specific instructions will be needed. TY

I can't delete some websites from advanced tracking protection, I type in a website but it doesn't add it to the list. One site is mail.proton.me. Even the ones that are added still don't load when I open Firefox, they are telling me I have connectivity issues. This has only started happening since the last updat. Everything work perfectly on Chrome! What is the point of having tabs and pinning them if you have to open them manually every time you log on?

I cannot use google.com without first deleting my cookies. This happens every time I try to use google. Doesn't matter if I use the taskbar to search, or try to go to www.google.com
