Hi there, I'm having an issue where my website isn't loading on Firefox browser on some devices. I've checked all the issues from my side and the website, but haven't been able to detect anything.

I've tested the website on different devices and different networks, and it seems to be working fine on other browsers, such as Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge. However, when I try to load the website on Firefox, it just hangs and doesn't load at all.

I'm not sure what the issue could be, as the website doesn't seem to be having any problems on other browsers. I've tried disabling my extensions, clearing my cache and cookies, and restarting my browser, but nothing seems to be working.

Is there anything else I can try to resolve this issue, or could someone from the support team please help me out? I really appreciate any advice or assistance you can offer.

Using the browser Firefox when Claude is answering questions every 3-4 responses will hang and the response will consume up to 98% of the cpu as well as 600 to 700 MB of memory. The only recovery is to kill the tab. The CPU is : Intel(R) Core(TM) Ultra 9 185H 3.10 GHz With 64GB ram Using Firefox version 139.0.1 I had Claude switch to only respond with plain text and the issue continued. The issue also occurred during a discussion with Claude about this issue which confirmed it was a Firefox-specific problem with Claude's interface. It during his response, it's likely related to the real-time text streaming or DOM updates.

Sucessfully installed Firefox 139.0.3 armv7 nodpi on an Android 5.1 tablet device, but no matter what website I try to access (even Google), a plain black screen is always displayed. Homepage and Settings page works fine, even those history thumbnails are showing the website correctly. If I click on the address bar to type something, it then suddenly changes from black to the actual website for a blink of a second and then gets black again.

Is there a way to fix this? Firefox Focus, Beta and Nightly behaviors the same. I already tried to uninstall and clearing data/cache. It seems a bug with this specific tablet device I am using even though it shouldn't, since Android 5.1 is still supported, isn't?

I’ve been a loyal Firefox user for over 15 years, and it’s been my go-to browser for both personal and work-related tasks. However, recently I’ve encountered persistent issues where several websites—especially work-related ones—have stopped functioning properly. I’ve tried troubleshooting steps like clearing the cache, allowing cookies, and disabling tracking protections, but the problems persist.

Reluctantly, I switched to Google Chrome as it currently offers better stability, but it’s been hard to abandon Firefox after so many years. I truly value Mozilla’s mission and privacy-focused approach, and I’d love to return if these issues are addressed.

Could you please look into these compatibility problems? I’d appreciate any guidance or updates on fixes. Thank you for your hard work—I hope to support Firefox again soon.

Have just had new Draytek 2927 router installed and FF (139.0.1) will not allow access to google.com nor to search via google. Google says "unusual traffic detected" and the Captchas never load. Typing a URL allows that website to open without issue. Is this issue with router or FF? Can access google.com via Chrome (which I have had to use to raise this query!) I am not using a VPN and only a UK language add on. Any help would be appreciated.

Am unable to sign in to the Spectrum website or my Spectrum account - also other websites. Am able to sign in to them all using Google Chrome. Have used Firefox for years & really like it. Is there anything you/I can do to solve the issue?

Takes more than 5 minutes (I'm still waiting) to load a single page. ALL other websites work within seconds . Chrome loads RCGroups pages in a fraction of a second on my Win 7 machine. Also images don't load from RCGroups.com. These failures started a few weeks ago. Have you modified the software? Bob

Hello! My problem is that I can't upload videos to Youtube under Firefox! The upload stops at 0 percent and doesn't move. This problem has been going on for a while, it started with version 138.0.4, continued with 139.0. and now even version 139.0.1 is bad! I have Windows 10 64 bit operating system. Video uploading works with other browsers! I would like this problem to be solved! There was a similar case before, and it was fixed.

I cannot for the life of me figure this out. Whenever I load a website that needs location (for example, Google Maps or my province's lottery) and enable location permissions, the websites come back saying they cannot find my location.

I have refreshed Firefox, disabled all Enhanced Tracking Protection, disabled all extensions, and have even ran Firefox in Troubleshoot mode - all to no avail. Is there any way this can be fixed? These websites all work on Chrome and Edge and work on my Firefox for iPhone.

Full access to one of my favorite websites -- BillO'Reilly.com, which I visit daily -- has been compromised through Firefox. If I access it's home page, it briefly appears in color -- then quickly changes to black and white! This is the case in pages throughout the site. Only O'Reilly's "No Spin News" program comes in color but, only if you're a paid subscriber to the site. The site comes in perfectly on other browsers (e.g. Chrome and Edge) and I have informed the site's technical staff about the issue.

Please look into this.

  Firefox User Since Its Beginning

When typing Korean letters (in macOS, it happens regardless of whether it's a two-set or three-set keyboard, in Windows, it only happens with a three-set keyboard) and then typing a punctuation mark or moving the cursor in the middle of a line, presssing the space bar cause a space be added behind the cursor.

For example, if I type `가나.` and type spacebar and then `다`, The result is supposed to `가나.(space)다`, but actually `가나.다(space)`. As a more clear example, if I type `가나` and then move the cursor between `가` and `나`, and type space and `다`, the result will be `가다 나`, not `가 다나`.

I found this on several websites, both of which filled the text with event handling inside a div element. However, some sites had the symptom a year ago, while others started showing the symptom in the latest version of Firefox. (Maybe 139.0 and later)

I can't copy and paste anything onto messages in Hotmail that I wish to reply to. Google allows it, but Firefox doesn't. I've checked out all the settings, but can't find anything.

Every time there is a queue up at pokemoncenter.com I get this error upon getting into the website. I have disable all my extensions and this only happens when I use firefox and there is a queue up. It likely has something to do with the websites aggressive bot detection. I am able to use other browsers without this issue, like edge and chrome. I am not the only one to experience this problem. It would be super cool if I did not have to use a different browser just for this one website.

I like using Fire Fox (FF), but I am constantly met with resistance from different organizations which try to tell me to use MS Edge, or Google Chrome. It seems like FF is a problem for them. Now, after successfully using Fire Fox for decades, I can no longer log in to my bank account when using FF. I can use any other browser, but not Fire Fox. I've spoken to the bank, and they point the finger at FF (of course), but this time (unfortunately) I have to agree with the bank. What did FF do that now makes it impossible for me to access certain web pages, or certain features, like "logging in" to accounts?

Can you please un-F whatever you F'd up? Or, please explain to me why I can do everything the exact same way I've always done things when like using Brave, Chrome, Edge, Chrome Cast, and TOR, but can no longer do them when using FF

However, when you try to advance the time, it does not work. Is shifts momentarily to the next time period, but immediately reverts back.

It works properly in Chrome.

For about 2 weeks I have been unable to access my Portfolio in Yahoo Finance. I get this message: "There was an error while loading your portfolio data. Please try again."

However, if I load Google Chrome, then go to Yahoo Finance I can get to my Portfolio. I don't prefer how it displays but at least I can see my different folders and their current performance.

Do I have a setting in Firefox that is preventing me from access My Portfolio? I have contacted Yahoo and only got a response that they are working on it and would correct and get back to me. No response and follow up contacts have not gotten even and acknowledgement. I think problem is with Firefox since I can access the Yahoo info that I want thru Google.

Does anyone have any ideas what I can do??? Problem started about when you change your Firefox software to it's new display, which I don't like BTW. I had it all set up for the news feeds and arrangements that I used for years and found very accessible. Firefox has always been my default browser but I am finding it increasingly un-user friendly.

This problem only occurs in my Hotmail email account at outlook.live.com using Firefox in the last few weeks.

I typed exactly the same including spaces in both Chrome and Firefox. First 2 lines typed in Chrome, saved the draft, last 2 lines typed in Firefox but in Firefox the nonsense occurs. Amazingly the 2 lines typed using Chrome still display well in Firefox. Firefox adds the extra number in the fractions in the space I had typed! How can I get Firefox to work well at outlook.live.com?

This has only happened in the last few weeks, during all those updates. Am on 138.0.4 Are any of these updates buggy?

Hi! I'm experiencing an issue where videos on YouTube stutter or play choppily when using Firefox. This happens even when the internet connection is strong and works fine in other browsers like Chrome.

Here’s what I’ve noticed:

The issue occurs on both 720p and 1080p videos.

It’s more noticeable when switching to full-screen mode.

I’ve tried disabling hardware acceleration, but it didn’t help.

Firefox is up to date (v126.0).

I’m using Windows 11 and have an NVIDIA GPU with the latest drivers.

I’d appreciate any suggestions or fixes. Thanks in advance for your help!
