If I try to attach or download (only with the Always ask you where to save files option turned on) a file in any website, the browser doesn't open the Files window. Drag and drop works. I am able to choose the download folder from the settings and upload any folder, though.

I'm running Firefox 103.0.1 on Linux Ubuntu 22.04 LTS.

My firefox browser can't shown the correct myanmar unicode script when I type in google page and other websites also shown the wrongly font scripts that are unable to read. I'd asked to google and they said it is the font rendering problem and advice ask to your team for help. Please take a look and advice me how to fix it. I'd installed myanmar unicode font in browser and set as default. Other websites which are use Myanmar unicode are also shown the wrong script in firefox browser. The browser version is 103.0.1(64bit).

For example: When I'm working on a Washington Post (LATimes) crossword puzzle, the internal link to "settings" doesn't work on Firefox, but it does on Safari.

For example: When I'm on the website for my apartment building, the internal links to "maintenance requests" and "make payments" work on Safari but not on Firefox.

Browser is stopping. Sudden disconnect. No reason. Troubleshooter failed. Even on pages I visit often.

I have had this problem for about 9 months. The reason is somehow related to the autoplay of multimedia on web pages. Technical information is given at the end.

After starting work on the computer, all functions work correctly. The video plays normally. After several hours of working at the computer, scrolling through the feed on Instagram (before the video appears in the feed), or viewing stories, or opening a video on YouTube, the web page freezes for a few seconds, after which the screen also turns off for a few seconds (not goes blank), and when it is turned back on, the video either does not play at all showing the loading animation, or only the sound is played, and instead of the video, only a rectangle filled with a random color (black, green, pink) appears.

This issue also affects other programs on this PC. For example, Telegram Desktop. Yesterday I went to use my Arkscan Label printer as I always have for years and it distorts the image very largely as appose to fitting 4 x 6 as it always has. I re downloaded the driver, checked my setting from my label shipping site (etsy) and all is the same. My co-workers is still working, (she does not do automatic updates). After reaching out to technical support from Arkscan it is a widespread problem after your latest update to firefox. I was suggested to use a different browser such as Chrome or Edge. Will you be addressing this issue ASAP or should I use another browser from here on out?

The past few weeks I have run into the issue where Soundcloud fails to load and returns an error. This is circumvented multiple ways. Either I open soundcloud in incognito mode and it works fine, or I clear the cache in normal mode. BUT in the second option soundcloud only works during the first visit.

Other info I think would be useful: Soundcloud works on my laptop running the same exact profile for firefox. Hinting to me that something else on my computer is in the way.

Hi I am running Firefox 103 on my lenovo thinkpad T570 running windows 10. Streaming any video (e.g. BBC iPlayer or GCN+ or any source I have tried) Video very choppy, freezes for several seconds while audio continues as normal. this is essentially unusable. Task manager shows firefox running at 70% or more I have tried all the power management settings and that makes no difference. The Nvidia Gforce940 appears not to be used at all. All my drivers are up to date I have tried firefox troubleshoot mode, which makes no difference full screen mode or not makes no difference (its a 4k screen so I wondered if it was doing some kind of upscaling) makes no difference whether I run on external monitor or internal. Also makes no difference whether the laptop is connected to my thunderbolt dock or not. I can run the same content side by side in Chrome. Chrome displays the video smoothly with no glitches at all and consumes around 16% CPU (still no Nvidia GPU utilisation)

This problem does not happen on my other PC, a 5 year old Intel NUC, with i5 cpu, also running win 10 connected to my TV.

If i can't fix this I will have to very reluctantly revert to Chrome for video streaming I havent worked uot how to obtain the troubleshooting info to share but happy to do this if necessary

I've recently switched to firefox and my only complaint is that Youtube does not appear to be functioning it well. Frequently videos will just never load, remaining a black screen with the circle spinning. The rest of the page loads, but not the video itself. I've left one of these pages open for four hours and it did not load at all during that time.

Once I had a video that was playing just fine, and I accidentally hit another video on the side of the screen. When I went back to the one that had been playing, it was now a black screen and the endless loading circle.

There doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason to which videos will actually play and which will not, other than I've noticed it happen a bit more frequently on videos uploaded in the past twenty four hours.

I've uninstalled the browser and reinstalled it, cleared my cookies and cache, made sure firefox is up to date, everything I can think of doing. I've not been able to find anyone else mentioning having an issue with this. No other browser on my laptop seems to do this with youtube, just firefox.

Any suggestions? It's getting pretty frustrating.

One of the functions of our website is a local download of a portion of the site. When downloaded an .htm file (and its companion directory) are downloaded. When the .htm file is loaded, a .jpg file should correctly load via javascript. It no longer works in Firefox but it does work in Chrome and Edge. Nothing fixes this. I get error codes on every site i try, twitch, streamable, etc. None play videos.

Ever since the last Firefox update, the app has been crashing and giving me this message: "Applications have been blocked from accessing graphics hardware". Anybody know what is causing this?
