Prior to update 125.0.1 corporate intranet users could download PDF files from our Line of Business applications / Webpages. Today after the latest update the PDF files download but are corrupted. The site was added to the trusted webpage without improvement.

hello,when i download my attached files in mailbox(mail.xmvds.com), it can be everytime warnning me ,but i trust this url ,it is my company's office mailbox ,how can it unblock it ,?

As title- Cannot download for example webm format, but jpg is okay. cannot install any addon, theme or anything. DRM didnt install as well. i was trying reinstall, refreshing browser, rebooting.

I usually download and install manually the custom install of Firefox on Windows.

Recently, a new version was automatically installed without my permission and destroyed all my customization. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. I had to restore the older version from backup and I was going to stop updating.

But I see that the manual custom installation is still available for download.

I want to make sure that if I use it it will not wipe out my customization again.

Please confirm.

I cannot even download firefox because im getting an error message " cannot create temp archive folder" It wont even launch the install files. Something orgininally happened to firefox on my computer because i wasnt able to download anything with the browser download manager. I need help

I always had one version of Firefox installed. I regularly update the software via Help >> About Still, after every update, I am getting multiple versions of Firefox listed at [Settings/Installed Apps] and [Control Panel/Uninstall or remove apps] on my Win11 23H2 22631.3593 (screenshot attached).

In order to get rid of outdated items from the list, I need to reinstall Firefox completely, but the same thing is happening with every update of Firefox.

Is there a way to resolve this and why is this happening?

On the 23. of Mai I first noticed that I am unable to download any files whatsoever. I tried downloading .exe files and also a .csv file. When I try to download one of these files it appears in the downloads window but immediately goes to the status "Failed". Any retry fails as well.

The same thing goes for extensions. I cannot download any extensions or plugins using my Firefox browser. Since I reinstalled Firefox I can now also not use Plex because Firefox can't install the required plugins.

I will attach screenshots of all the errors I get.

All of the above worked when I tried it on the Edge browser.

Firefox version: 126.0 Windows 11

Things I have tried to fix the issue:

• Use the network connection from my phone instead of my home network
• Disable firewall and windows defender
• Reinstall Firefox
• Refresh Firefox
• Downgrade to version 125.0.1 and 122.0
• Reset router to factory settings
• Flush dns
• Restart PC
• Manually delete profile folder
• Delete temp files
• Change download destination
• Disable "Block dangerous and deceptive content"
• Troubleshoot Mode

Is Firefox using some other temporary folder for downloads?

Any ideas on how to fix this issue would be appreciated.

I have all my passwords stored on Firefox on my macbook pro. When I follow the instructions to sync my passwords on the Firefox app on my phone, it keeps rejecting my primary password, saying it is incorrect. I have deleted the app and re-installed it on my phone, but it still does not work. Why will my account not open on my iphone app? Thank you!

On Mac OS 14.4 Firefox hangs on launch and crashes, requiring "Force Quit" when I try to Refresh or Troubleshoot. Uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times, and restarted computer several times. Have spent several hours trying multiple community suggestions to now avail.

I am not a programmer, but am able to follow instructions. I clearly need someone to hold my hand and walk me through the solution. (I even checked out the Kaspersky suggestion, but cannot install it because Firefox cannot connect to the Internet.)

I have downloaded and saved "Raw Data.docx" and "Application Basics tex.docx" from one of the crash reports.

P.S. On this question form Firefox guessed that my operation system was Mac OS x 10_15_7, but it is 14.4

trying to import login information from Firefox to Norton Password Manager. the Norton process works but no logins are displayed to import to NPM. There is a quick error screen when running Norton's import_password.exe - I would call a DOS window ERROR:root:extract_all_logins: Error for ALL: no profiles found
