I need to search for more than one search term in about:config. How can I do this?

Is there some kind of syntax I can use like the pipe symbol to do something like oneword|anotherword or do I have to know literally the exact thing I'm looking for before looking?

Using X .... each time Firefox is updated my X gets blocked. I have contacted you guys/ladies before and we put X.com in the "Managed Exceptions".... still blocks it after each update. My ETP is set to STANDARD.

I just cleared all my (Firefox) cookies, history, and caches. In the process, I must have deleted how Facebook texts a code for me to log in. How do I set that up again?

How do it set up my web browser so it lists the websites i frequently visit when i pull down the search bar? Now it just lists the google searches i have conducted.

When I hover over tabs, Firefox also displays a text below. So, for example, if I hover over the tab for Google Calendar, a text below shows 'Google Calender - August 2024'. Can I disable the text somehow?

I recently exported assets from some screenshots from the irs and used sha strings hashes to upload and encode and Decode them into a very large syntax that isn't adding the assets to my bank account like previously doing after same process on inspecting accounts pages inserting the codes and functions but something has to be missing. How long do I wait for validation of correct processes to show up on my account?

In Australia, a lot of organisations are forcing native languages upon us. How can I block these words? I do not want to block the website....just the words in Native Languages.

I used to firefox browser to read e-books but in editting as highlight any word in book you can't select it again via Cursor to copy it when you saved file.

I want to change this because we want quickly to select any word and copy it but highlight prevent us to copy words if we saved before the highlights on file.

And I wish you had supported EPUB file type to open It on browser like PDFs type.

When I as a screen reader user will try to adjust the buttons in the settings for the firefox toolbar, my screen reader is totally silent. I not can use the tab-key on my keyboard to jump from setting to setting.

Do the following: 1. Open Mozilla Firefox. 2. Press the left ALT key to open the menu bar. 3. Use the right arrow key to navigate to the "View" menu. 4. Press the down arrow key. 5. Use the down arrow key to navigate to the "Toolbars" submenu. 6. Press the right arrow key to open the "Toolbars" submenu. 7. Press the up arrow key until JAWS says "Customize Toolbar..." 8. Press Enter to open the screen where you can customize the toolbars. 9. Now, my screen reader is completely silent - nothing happens when I use the Tab key or arrow keys to navigate on the setting screen.

Is it possible for you that you can take a look on this issue?

I have tested with both the free screen reader NVDA (in the latest version on the time I write you), and the paid screen reader JAWS for Windows version 2024.

2. Another question - Is there an easy way to access the toolbars in Mozilla Firefox with screen readers (the toolbars contain buttons like reload, Firefox menu, Extensions, and more)?

When I press on the tab-key, e.g. when I stay on the address bar, my screen reader not read information about if I am on a toolbar or if I am on on the website I visit.

I have the latest version of Mozilla Firefox installed (version 129.01). My operating system is Windows 11 64-bit.

There are 32 shortcuts on my home screen - 4 rows of 8 each. However, I accidentally "dismissed" one shortcut - now there are 31 total. I cannot figure out how to restore a shortcut. Is the solution in about:config (browser.newtabpage.pinned)?

Hello friends,

As the title of the subject entails, I am trying to disable Firefox's new translation tool, becasue I'm using a 3rd party extension.

I tried to follow the solution on the following support thread ( [https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/que.../1434741#question-reply] ), but it didn't work for me, and I'm still seeing the new translate button.

Is there another way to fix this?

I'm using Firefox 129.0.1 (64bit) for MacOS.
