There one thing that currently a joke and useless, themes. Currently Firefox themes are just a single image and that it. I don't use it because I want more then a single image. There one web browser that does themes better then Firefox. SeaMonkey, that also own by Mozilla, has a way better themes then Firefox. This option should be added to Firefox to make Firefox better then it is. SeaMonkey has the best themes of all the web browser including Edge and Chrome. These themes are useless that are available in Firefox, Edge, and Chrome are a joke. The themes in SeaMonkey are the best. Besides the image in themes and the color of the toolbar, black or white only, nothing changes.

Seemingly straightforward searches through the options like:

• "Reset firefox"
• "Clear cookies"
• "Empty cache"

None of these things pull up any results when searching the settings... Why?

I want to turn off the hover preview feature. First I went in settings, but that disabled only the thumbnail (browser.tabs.hoverPreview.showThumbnails in about:config is set to false and saved). Then I went in about:config and manually set browser.tabs.hoverPreview.enabled to false as well, that disables the unwanted feature completely.

But every time I restart the browser it's turned back to true (just hover.Preview.enabled, not hover.Preview.showThumbnails). Can I save my settings? It's annoying that I can't opt out.

I have gone to sites that already have my stored password. The saved password is not populating. I deleted the password. When I go back to the same site, it did not ask to save my password even though the option is selected is settings. This started after the recent update.

As I said in the title, the spellchecker add-on I use, LanguageTool, does not work on this site. I am not fine with that. What's the best way to get it working here? Any answers that amount to "you don't" are not acceptable.

hi, i have a problem with "open previous page and tabs" because that don't work, i have a macbook and when i close firefox and reopen it, i lose every tabs previously open, how can i fix the problem ?

HI, When watching twitch for e.g. and i open a new tab to say search google after a minute or so the audio stops in twitch, how can i make it so the audio/video keeps playing when im open a new tab. Thanks

Every time I shut down Windows and start it again, Firefox looses all custom configuration and does not navigate on any site. Other browsers do it: Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge.

I have to go to Menu | Help | Technical Information and clear all of them AND I have to redo all my personalized configuration like: options, buttons, bars, tools and tabs, which I get from my backup (I use the extension: "Simple Tab Groups").

How to fix it? I use Firefox for decades and I have never had this issue.

How do I either stop videos from autoplaying or auto repeating? Either one would be a blessing but I've searched and cannot find an effective way to do it. Blocking in Firefox is not effective. Mostly it seems in facebook, but I believe it repeats all the time on all sites.

Try as hard as I may from all the Help screens, I cannt find a solution to how to permanently pin the Bookmark Toolbar to the side of the screen in my version of Firefox which is 129.0.2 in Windows 11. The option to pin the toolbar where the user wants it to appear seems to have vanished. Am I correct?

The only options I can find in Firefox now are Show Toolbar and it will only appear across the top of the screen (unless I Ctrl+B); Show in new tab or Hide.

Ctrl+B will bring up the tool bar, say to the left, but when Firefox is closed and re-opened there is the need to Ctrl+B again to redisplay the toolbar. My experience of Windows 10 was that everytime I opened Firefox my side bar for Bookmarks automatically appeared because I had always been able to pin it there.

Please help to restore the function, if it hasn't been removed through updates.

I need help with print. type settings on Firefox. When I print labels, the orientation is not right, and there are a couple of other things not working properly with printing. Need someone to help me determine what exactly the problem is. Our software is LightSpeed (cloud based retail platform). They don't understand why it isn't working and suggested I contact you,

Firefox 129.0.2 (64-bits) Windows 11 Pro 23H2 (22631.4037)

I have the Dutch and English dictionary installed and both show up in the context menu. But at random, only the Dutch dictionary is checked and the English one not. The Spellchecker then only uses the Dutch and I have to manually enable English again. This is really at random. For example on YouTube: I write a comment and English is checked. But another time on YouTube, English suddenly is not checked and have to enable it again in the context menu. So not a huge deal but still remarkable.

I have the "Always ask you where to save files" check box checked in settings, but it still just automatically saves everything to my downloads folder and I keep having to then cut and paste the file where I want it. I also have "Ask whether to open or save files" checked. Any idea how to fix this, so it will ask me where to save downloads?

Hi, Could you add a simple feature for autoscrolling pdf files in the built-in viewer ? It would be a great help when playing sheet music, etc.

Just: start/stop (with hotkeys) and scroll speed setting. It exists for chrome: Tab Scroller - Guitar Tab Auto Scroll, but I would prefer to use firefox of course.

 An update or two (maybe more?) ago, the plus sign with which we add shortcuts to the Firefox browser home page/new tab page disappeared, so now we can no longer add shortcuts on the home page/new tab page.  Please help.  I am running Firefox Version 129.0.2 (64-bit) on a Windows 11 Pro 64-bit if that makes any difference.  Thanks.

I was registering for a web page & up popped an old deleted email with password. The email was deleted in 2016. I would like that email & any sites I used it for to be deleted from my computer. Microsoft deleted the Hotmail in 2016 so of no use.
