I have sound when I watch Youtube videos using Google Chrome, but they do not work when I use Mozilla Firefox. The sound used to work on Youtube videos using Mozilla Firefox, but now they don't work. I don't understand what happened. And I don't know how to fix the problem. I've tried re-installing Mozilla Firefox and unchecking my hardware acceleration in the settings, but still no audio on Youtube videos. Please help!

It seems that more and more websites are adopting a single button you have to click both for creating an account and to login with an existing account, as opposed to having 2 buttons, one to sign in with an existing account, one to sign up for a new account. For me, Firefox does not fill the login (email address, for example) automatically in those cases. Ironically, an example is https://accounts.firefox.com

To be clear, Firefox does remember and autocomplete my password, but not my login (the email address).

Is there any way to make it work? Thanks!

I want to save my details for filling out forms e.g. name, address, mobile number... But i cant see any option is settings to turn this on even after following these steps: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/automatically-fill-your-address-web-forms

I have Firefox 136.0.2 (up to date) on Win 11. I want to remove specific autofill items, NOT all autofill items. Web info says use Settings > Privacy & Security > Forms & Autofill BUT there is nothing for Forms and Autofill in my Firefox 136.0.2

Can anyone please help me find how to edit autofill in this version?

I recently imported passwords and usernames for auto-fill from chrome and a few of the websites will not auto-fill my username. I have to manually type the username every time even though i can see they are saved in the Firefox browser.

As someone who has moved from browser to browser and fell in love with Mozilla, the only reason I still open another browser is because I cannot save my payment methods when each previous browser could which make me think that this is potentially an oversight?

I live in the Isle of Man which is a Crown Dependency meaning we are closely related to the UK and most often follow their laws and regulations making the Isle of Man a very likely valid candidate for the Save and fill payment methods feature.

Please can the viability of this feature being accessible to the Isle of man be looked into allowing me to finally make Firefox Mozilla my sole boswer?

I'm not sure if this is a Firefox or Google problem, I'm guessing Firefox because it doesn't happen in Chrome.

Every time I try to login to google in Firefox it auto logs me into a specific account, I don't mean it is already logged in, I'm logged out and where the blank field is to enter your account username(email) the drop down pops up and shows all the gmail accounts and picks one on its own then procedes to the next page for the password on its own. It's like someone took control of the mouse and was doing it for me. Really pisses me off because I'm trying to login to a different account and it chooses the same one every time and I can't choose. If this is some kind of auto login feature please tell me how to turn it off.

When filling a form which requires an email address, Firefox suggests domains which I never use. I want to either turn off the suggestions completely or customise them. If there's no other way, I'll do it in code and build my own version of FF, although a pointer where to look in the code would be appreciated :)

My Firefox browser has been crashing for a while now (Years). It's fine playing YouTube and BBC iPlayer but when I advance the time marker to a different part of the stream or video, it crashes. It also has a problem when playing slots. It seems to crash a lot making it impossible to play.

I have tried using Firefox in Troubleshooting Mode but the same things happen.

I am using Firefox 136 browser and browsing my browser sound suddenly has disappeared. The PC sound is just fine with other applications, even with Opera browser I tested. Help is needed.

So, I cannot get sound through firefox and you want me to search through numerous panels that do nothing to get a result., You want me to check connections and equipment that work in other apps which I have already gone through steps to prove.

You also have zero ability to actually contact a support rep. You prefer I go on the roundabout of obfuscation until I really want to find someone in mozilla management and insert the mozilla organisation on a long pole, five km should about do it.

If microsnot and giggle can do it, why not youhoo?
