'I don't know I think both my Husband's and my accounts need to be cleaned up. We have several things running together. I like how it is working out so far. I'm thinking that I should get David his own master password that he could use for himself. There is a person with a foreign name registered on my account. There should only be one account. honeybun.2006@yahoo.co.uk. This account was made in 2006 and I still the login for my yahoo account. Please can you remove this other address so I can log into my account. I have tried using my cell number bit no message cone to give me the the code message. I hope you can help. Anna Tice

I have registered vtsundrarajan@gmail.com in many Indian government portals such as GSTIN, Ice gate.gov.in, and DEFT. Many of these sites are also used as ID for more than 40 days, I have not been able to log in to my Gmail account or recovery email ID kindly describe issue to rectify the probelem

Je viens de m'ouvrir un compte MOZILLA ,car précisement sur CHROME mon compte MICROSOFT est pollué par ce WOT sécurity scan qui vient , je ne sais d'où et qui , au prétexte de me protéger vient de bloquer mon blog de théâtre amateur sous prétexte que c'est un site pour adultes alors qu'il n'en est rien ! I always use Mozilla/Firefox for this and have for a few years. It says that I created an account 2 weeks ago.

Here is the email I received:

"A couple of weeks ago you created a Mozilla account, but never confirmed it. For your security, we will delete the account if not verified in the next 24 hours."

Is this a legitimate email?

I have 1 new and an old FF account . They are the same except my new FF(version 2) has no passwords or other important FF data-which is right here on this computer on the other FF server(V-1). I've suddenly started to get a box appear when I open Firefox, entitled User Account Control, asking 'do you want to allow this app to make changes to your device?' I don't know why, and don't mind ticking yes box but I'd rather not have it keep on appearing. I found one suggestion - go to Settings, General, Firefox updates and tick auto install. But this box was already ticked. How do I stop this box appearing? Many thanks.

Continuously being logged out of Mozilla on Firefox on different PCs (same account). Mozilla will not accept already saved password. I keep getting prompted to change password. I "change" it to the original password. That usually (but not always) works. How to fix?

I registered an account with Firefox in 2022. It was a Firefox account and I can still log in at https://accounts.firefox.com.cn/. This account contains my browsing history and bookmarked websites. Now in April 2025, I have a new computer and have installed the latest version of Firefox. When I tried to log in, I found that I couldn't use the Firefox account anymore. I have to use a Mozilla account. As a result, I can't synchronize my past browsing information. Can the data of the two accounts be merged?
