I wanted to get a refund for the VPN I purchased but the instructions provided on your FAQ [ https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/how-do-i-request-refund-mozilla-vpn ] do not work. I have been unable to make a request.

Can you enable members to pin there folders and pages in the bookmark bar so that it looks neater and can fit more pages and folders etc, even multiple pages and folders together same as the tab bar,

also allow more power to open and use more tabs at the same time upto as many as will fit on page, 50?

i use manual traffic exchanges, which i have to surf and change tabs regulary and faster to surf more manual traffic exchange websites, we need this to build up free advertising credits to promote our programes and business opportunities.

Also can i add all my GMAIL, yahoo mail and notepad accounts together in 1 fixed pinned dropdown tab instead of using up multiple tabs.

The GPU isn't working properly... I've attached screenshots of the browser I have installed. If needed, I can take any logs, etc. It's very frustrating - I have a fairly old processor and its GPU isn't working properly! help me restore my open windows. this has also happened a couple times before and its very frustrating when i have tabs open to read/refer to later or am in the process of reading and then i have to try and find them all again.

I tried to remove the new 'profile'. I don't want it. now ALL my data, settings & bookmarks are GONE ! Help me revert to & restore the previous account settings !!!!!

Suddenly I have to click passed something called a profile screen. Don't want it. totally useless. Absolutely annoying. I never want to see it again. How do I do that?

bold text I have been haveing trouble with my Spectrum email account (mail.twc.com)) Today I talked to a tech and she said they no longer are compatible with Spectrum. You log in and it says feature unavailable. They suggest using Google. I hate Google. It is just one giant ad machine. Their email is barely tolerable. They also said the reason they haven't fixed the issue is because they say Google is going away soon.

As of the update that happened this morning, I can no longer use arrow keys to navigate to suggested results in the search bar, nor can I use the enter key to execute the search.

I've disabled all my extensions and restarted Firefox, which didn't help. I've restarted my PC, which didn't help. My work laptop is running 150.1 (with almost all the same extensions, running under the same Mozilla account) and everything works fine.

Additionally, several dropdowns have broken, which I have attached an image of. It's making debugging this very difficult!

I installed your update today and yesterday - 2 update per week??????????? I had a desktop that had my ICONS bookmarks such as Homedopt, Mendards, Amazon, TractorSupply, CubFoods, Samsclub and 16 others and now it's all gone ---- I am PISSED. How do I go back to what I had ????????? I can't figured out to install bookmarks ICONS on a blank screen. When I pulled my a HOMEPAGE I did have my bookmark ICONS on that screen. NOW I get is websites I looked at 3 or 5 minutes ago. WHAT Gives? Do you guys (Developers) have contestant every week as to who can add a . or a , someplace??????? to add a update??????? I how do I get back from where I started 5 hours ago or yesterday. I want my bookmarks on a BLANK Screen Again. How do I get there???????

Since many years now, there are more and more Websites which don't work properly under Mozilla. Each time I write to the Webmaster, I receive this answer. We have not optimized your website for Mozilla Firefox, whose technology is outdated.

Many websites don't display interactive maps in Mozilla.

I understand that Mozilla has a very good system for protecting personal data and prevents sites from tracking users. I also understand that Mozilla allows for efficient cookie deletion, which commercial companies probably don't appreciate. Is this the only reason why so many companies don't want to optimize their websites for Mozilla?

I can no longer watch videos on Amazon prime, those included and the ones I pay extra for through an added subscription to mgm+ since the last update. What is going on? Is it the VPN data limit thing? If so, how can I turn it off?

Hi - I love the themes available in Firefox. However, some themes I use change my Bookmarks section to "dark". I assume that is by design. However, is there any setting in themes that will enable the Bookmarks section to stay on a light setting? If not, may I please submit this as feedback for a future suggestion? Also, the themes affect the look of part of the new sidebar. I would also like to submit as feedback this issue. Thanks in advance for any help!

VPN app was hanging up another app so I turned off VPN to complete my transaction. Now, when I turn it back on, it asks me to sign up or log in. Either option takes me to a screen I’ve never seen before. Attaching screenshot.
