passport.moi.gov.af has a security policy called HTTP Strict Transport Security (HSTS), which means that Firefox can only connect to it securely. You can’t add an exception to visit this site.

The issue is most likely with the website, and there is nothing you can do to resolve it. You can notify the website’s administrator about the problem.

Unable to open this site from Mozilla on Mac book but it opens in safari. What may be the reason?

When I am trying to upload a file to any website in Firefox the right click context menu options are all missing. I have tried a new profile, troubleshoot mode, seems like nothing fixes it. Other browsers work like intended so I know it is Firefox internal

Google Services are having blackout issues when being opened in Firefox. The ones I have tried and having issues are Google Maps and Google Sheet. Things I have done so far

Change DNS Added google.com and other google services in the exceptions

Gmail will not open with Firefox as of Wednesday 5/18/2025. I do not have any adblock extensions running.

Gmail opens fine in Chrome.

Any suggestions?

When I open my StartMail on my desktop computer I get a blank screen and cannot sign in. All of my other programs work just fine. I have no idea what I did while preparing to send an email on May 6th and StartMail disappeared. I’ve checked history, restarted my commuter, cleared all history and get everything else back each time. StartMail continues to open as usual on our laptop computer.

I have been having an issue with Firefox opening certain websites and unfortunately my self and other friends are forced to use Chrome. It is even difficult to contact anyone at Mozilla on this issue. If we Mozilla doesn't show concern we will easily make the complete transition over to Chrome. This is the fourth time I asked for help and have tried trouble shooting the issue from posts listed. We are sick and tired of trying to get this issue resolved and have been with Firefox for over ten years. Does anyone at Mozilla care? No phone numbers, no direct contact? Why the hiding? Obviously we are all pissed off about this issue.

when i am in school and using school internet, i can open websites that are about the school like qlearn and oneschool. But i can't even open google, or search anything that is not about the school

I am looking to turn on review checker and cannot see how to do it. I don't have the price tag icon displayed nor do I have any reference to Review Checker in my settings. I'm wondering if my version of Firefox supports it (133.0). Any ideas?

I've used FF for years. The last year, it does not function correctly on about 20% of sites. I suggest focusing on making it compatible, rather than requiring sites that are perfectly coded. I may have to drop FF soon.
