I am using Firefox 124.2 (40108) on my iPhone with iOS 16.7.7 (20H330) and using DuckDuckGo as the default search engine. Loading settings with their Cloud Save service does not work as expected: the settings reset each time you restart the app.

How to get DuckDuckGo settings to persist across sessions in the app?

In about.config i set javascript.enabled false for most browsing, unless i really need to do otherwise (e.g. ecommerce). If i close the app (menu quit), and restart it, javacript.enabled is reset true. This behaviour is not replicated for other settings i may make, e.g. dom.storage.enabled, or permissions.default.image. Being Android i have no root so no possibility of creating a user.js to override Firefox ignoring my settings. This seems to be a bug. Version is Android Nightly version 121.0a1, 2023-11-05.

If I install Firefox 124.0, will I have an opportunity to change the default tab order setting to "Tab Order" instead of "Recently Opened" before the browser messes up the order of my 100s of open tabs?

I have Avast premium security on my Android Motorola G6. Every time I open Firefox this malicious website tries to open! I deleted my history and it still comes back. Also when I'm not using the Firefox browser it still tries to open! Once I open the browser sometimes there are as many as seven or more attempts by this page to open! Hi. first of all, your android app is awesome. That you can listen to videos or YT videos when the app is minimalized or the phone screen is locked is great feature. BUT I am not used to it and I would prefer to change the settings so when I lock the screen the video automatically pauses and does not keep playing....

Any way to achieve that??? Thanks !

There is an on/off switch in the Android version of Firefox: Setting>Customize>Scroll to hide toolbar that is not there is the iOS version, that I use on my iPad. I've looked everywhere in the iPad version's settings, but that entire section (Customize) isn't there. Is there some way to make the toolbar in the iOS version visible all the time? It's really useful when I've scrolled down to read a page and need to switch tabs, something I do quite a lot.

Looking for the “Trackers Blocked” toggle. This is concerning the Firefox Focus app, which I’m using on my iPhone. My first time on the Firefox app. I’m following the directions to allow some ads, in order to view a video clip on MSNBC, which is in an email I received from them.

I can’t find the Auto-fill settings in FF on iOS. I found instructions here for where they should be and they are not there. Was this feature taken away recently. It’s VERY tedious not having this feature. Am I doing something wrong?

Hello, for weeks now, upon doing Google searches using Firefox for iOS, I have been prompted to log in to my Google account, even though I was already logged in before and did not log out. It's not just to the extent that every time I start a new browser session and do a search, I have to log in -- I just navigate away from the app to another one and return, and I'm prompted to log in again even though I didn't quit the browser.

I've already searched for solutions to this problem and found the suggestions to clear browser cache, which I did, and to make sure cookies are enabled ... which I can't seem to do because I cannot find any such setting in the Firefox app settings itself, or in my phone's system settings under "Firefox".

I also realize this might be an issue with Google or my phone itself.

I'm using an iPhone 11 running iOS 17.2.1 and my Firefox app is up to date.

Changing the cookiebanners.service.mode to 2 in Firefox for Android beta via about:config is not permanent. After some time / Smartphone reboot / shutting down Firefox the setting is changed back to the default setting. -> how can I persist that setting?

I cant connect to my Mozilla Services ,,,i can't enable my Javascript for Firefox and I'm a novies and don't know anything so I've pressings any links i just my situation worst, ,,,,all the information the report about bug other things from Github /Mozilla I didn't understand it all but it's getting worst
