Jumbled ad image shows up on transparent backgrounds

On any page with a transparent background, a jumbled image from an ad shows up. It also peeks out through transparent parts of images etc. and won't go away even if I kill Firefox and restart it. A picture is here; the problem doesn't show up in a screenshot.
