
Why does it say, I am in the "poor" section when I just joined. Can I have someone get on my computer to help me with this at your company?
Can you allow someone to get on my computer to help me? Or do you have a phone number I can call safely to have someone go through things with me, if I need help? It stated when I put it on that is is "poor" in terms of what you did. Maybe I am doing something wrong??

Could you explain in a little more detail what it is that you installed?
If you just installed the Firefox Browser for the first time, welcome, and try using it normally, the way you used other browsers like Microsoft Edge, etc.
If this is an issue with a paid Mozilla product like Mozilla VPN, you could repost on the dedicated forum for more direct assistance. Let us know if you need a pointer to that.
If this is a problem with an add-on/extension, I'll give the steps to review/disable/remove extensions below the line.
If this is a problem with a website or account or online service, please describe the problem in more detail.
You can view, disable, and often remove unwanted or unknown extensions on the Add-ons page. Either:
- click the Extensions button (puzzle piece) on the toolbar > Manage Extensions
- Ctrl+Shift+a (Mac: Command+Shift+a)
- "3-bar" menu button (or Tools menu) > Add-ons
- type or paste about:addons in the address bar and press Enter/Return
In the left column of the Add-ons page, click Extensions. On the right side, find the "Manage Your Extensions" heading.
If there is at least one extension before the next heading -- "Recommended Extensions" -- please continue:
Then cast a critical eye over the list below that heading. Any extensions Firefox installs for built-in features are hidden from this page, so everything listed here is your choice (and your responsibility) to manage. Anything suspicious or that you just do not remember installing or why? If in doubt, disable (or remove). For your privacy and security, don't let mystery programs linger here.

This is a community support forum as there is no direct chat or ticket system for the Firefox web browsers.
Mozilla does have direct ticket support for their subscription based products like Mozilla VPN as that is part of the paid subscription.
